Enia was very pleasant at the front desk. The facilities were clean and bright and the room very comfortable!

The only thing I would suggest is having the ability to pull the black out curtains fully across the window. Currently they are fixed and only cover about 50% of the entire window. Everything else was convenient and comfortable.

Front desk staff upon check in and check out were 100% above exceptional. Made us feel like we were at home with friends. Love this place...best part of our quick trip!

Bus parked outside bedroom windows running for over 30 minutes. Buses need to load/unload somewhere not annoying to sleeping guests

Everything was very clean. The room was set up very nicely. There are plenty of outlets throughout the room. We were very comfortable. The bed and pillows were of good quality. We would definitely stay again.

The only issue we had was the tv reception. We lost signal, and then the reception went in and out. I had to re program the controller, too. Minor issue really.

We were allowed to gather in the common area lobby and socialize, regardless of the time. Breakfast was properly stocked and cooked. The staff was very friendly. The room was able to be cooled below 65 degrees, which is a major benefit for me.

Parking spaces were very narrow. Larger vehicles were difficult to park, however manageable. No channel guide for the television in my room.

Comfy beds, large room, sink and bathroom together, fridge, and microwave, clean and well put together.

Toilet didn't flush well. Had to flush multiple times..

Room was too small, especially the bathroom.

We are happy that we booked this hotel for our 3-night stay in Naperville, May 2022. We coudn't find any flaw worth mentioning. I believe that Hampton Inn Chicago-Naperville has the potential to satisfy any non luxury oriented customer.

There were just two really minor details that refrained me from rating it top mark. First, although the breakfast was very good, some vegetables would have made it excellent. Second, the room had no window that caould be opened, to let some fresh air in.

It was conveniently located to my event. The breakfast offered a decent selection. Will consider staying next year

Very clean and quiet. Good location.

Breakfast was ok. Muffins a little stale and lukewarm coffee.. Room door let a lot of light in from hallway.
