The location near the airport and thr Allstate Arena was fantastic as we were there for a concert. The staff member Jesus who checked us in was very friendly, professional and helpful. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable, we were able to get extra blankets as needed and we regularly saw cleaning staff. The hotel was clean and tidy. We appreciated the shuttle service to the airport!

A few front desk staff members were curt and not very friendly. I couldn't have the breakfast as I am dairy intolerant, gluten intolerant and vegetarian and while normally I don't mind as thats a lot to cater to, I do think having one or two options (gluten free bread on request or dairy free milk for coffee/cereal or something) for people with dietary restrictions would be nice.

Everything was very clean, it was quiet, something that I appreciated very much. The room had everything that we needed, the huge beds were really comfortable.

I had to cancel one of the two rooms that I initially booked. But one of my family members changed their mind again so when I got to the hotel I had to get one more room. However the price was very high compared to when I initially booked through booking.com. I don’t understand the huge price difference. It’s same room. Certainly didn’t like that we were charged that much. Other than that the service was great.

I booked this property because I attended concerts at the Allstate Arena. For this purpose the hotel‘s location was perfect. The airport is also close and I took the hotel shuttle to get to and from the airport which was very convenient. My room was nice and clean. Refreshments are offered near the reception. Staff was very friendly and helped me extend my stay.

The walls are a bit thin and you might hear people walking by on the floor or guests staying in the next room.

The staff is very helpful and the facility is very clean everyone is friendly and make sure that you staff is amazing it’s also right across the street from the AllState Arena my husband and I always stay here its a super convenient location all types of restaurants and store right in walking distance

Stayed overnight for layover. Suffient typical old fashioned airport hotel. The best bonus punctual hotel shuttle to aitport. slept well to brake the jetleg. the adjucant Longhorn restaurant a great bonus as it was pleasurable (30m).

Room was clean and everyone was very nice and helpful.

The bathroom was cramped and t could only use the lobby doors because the key cards won’t allow you re enter any other exit doors.

The room and bed was pretty clean and relaxing. I like the location overall too. Some good food spots right next door! Easy check in and out as well.

Customer service. Requested at booking for room on top floor and early check in, received an email a week or so before arriving with confirmation of my requests. Early flight next day so can't comment on the food. Room very comfortable and clean.

Better rates would be very acceptable, otherwise all was good.

Walking distance to the Allstate arena. There were a lot of food places and target around the hotel. The area was nice and safe

I didn't like how I was charged an extra 30 dollars for checking in a little earlier and also had to pay for breakfast but that's okay I'd still stay here again

bad is clean. in the room, there is a clothes iron. every 30 mins, there is a shuttle for airport; it is free.

a receptionist is not kind to me at explaining the place of my room and the usage of wi-fi. and i don’t know what facilities or services they have.
