Room large and very comfortable with USB outlets on the bed side table; towels and soap good quality and bed also very comfortable. The breakfast was more than adequate with very good scrambled eggs. I didn't have any bacon or sausage. Bagels and toast (only white) provided, pancakes, yogurt and fresh fruit. Juices and good coffee. We were happy and felt satisfied.

Unfortunately, there were some rowdy people slamming doors and running in the halls (teenagers?) around 10pm on and off for about 20 minutes. The hotel seemed to be sold out. There was hardly any place to park when we got back after a great dinner out on York Beach. But, in the morning everyone in the breakfast room was late middle-aged and/or retired!! They all seemed like us and we felt reassured.

Breakfast was good. Front desk friendly. Location was near where i needed to be. Was concerned about a couple in front of me that had charges on their bill they couldn't figure out. I will say i has no problem with anything on mine. Really expensive for one night and the quality. My room was clean and spacious. Furniture seemed dated. Otherwise good.

Really expensive compared to the quality of the hotel. $300.00 for one night. I guess i need to keep in mind it is summer and tourist season.

The hotel room was clean and a comfortable size for 2 people. I liked the morning breakfast that was included with coffee and it was convenient to have a refrigerator to chill our drinks for the beach. It was very close to both the York beaches and the Kittery outlets. Bonus an indoor pool and fitness center. While I wasn't there long enough to use the pool, it still scores bonus points to be able to swim no matter what the weather.

A little pricey, considering it wasn't actually on the beach.

I didnt really partake in the included breakfast except for a couple small Danish. They were ok. But I like that they offer a complimentary breakfast.

They should maybe check around the bed when they vacuum. There were 2 small pills up against the bottom.

The staff was sooooo friendly and helpful. I left my key in the room when i went for breakfast, the woman at the desk made me another one right away. The room was very clean, and the breakfast was wonderful

The only thing I didn't like was finding my way around the hotel. From my room I struggled to figure out what hall to go down to exit. I think this was my problem though, not the hotels.

Bathroom door wouldn't close, floors are ceramic in the room and in the halls so sounds echoed and was cold on bare feet. Evening Oriental check in girl spoke little undestandable English

Breakfast was decent. Continental with eggs, sausage and pancakes. Coffee was good. Friendly staff.

Snack prices a little high. Sample size ice creams $5.

Front desk area was really clean and had a good selection of drinks, snacks and other stuff that may have gotten forgotten when packed. Room was nice and a good size. Breakfast was really good with a nice selection.

Room has a little smell of mildew ( especially when first entered room ). Some areas of room need repair ( corner of wall where it meets the shower and armoire door did not close ( but this is expected on occasion when an array of people stay in a hotel that is not newly updated )

All good! Clean and comfortable. Beds and pillows comfy. Good location. Staff was very friendly. Will stay here again if/when we do another shopping trip. Price was right too! Happy Hollidays!!!!!!!!!

The facility was clean, tidy, and comfortable. The breakfast area was very clean and the associate was on point for refills and answering questions. The all day coffee was excellent!

The check-In woman was efficient and got us checked in. However, she was very cool. Maybe having a bad day?
