Great accommodating desk staff, very clean and comfortable room with great bedding. Close to beaches, restaurants, and shopping opportunities. Breakfast included, and able to get late check-out.

We were pleased to have breakfast included, and there were many choices - but chaffing dish items were rather soggy and lackluster - (this is in no way a "deal-breaker"!) Overheard nearby guest comment that the dining area was "over-chaired" - which seemed odd but true, as guests (most of them elderly) seemed to struggle to get to a table and seated with their food because of the closely spaced large tables and chairs. (Again, not a deal-breaker... but could see it was frustrating for a few folks.)

The price was just right and I enjoyed the location which felt off the beaten path, but super close to Downtown York and Long Sands where we do most of our vacation time. The breakfast was an added bonus bc it’s included in your stay and some $$ you save for meals out and away from the hotel. I would definitely book here again.

I can’t think of a thing! The staff was wonderful and helpful and the room was comfortable and restful.

The pool

Being on the second floor the hallway to the right between the middle and end of builden stunk and so did the stair well. The breakfast was a little blah they should have kept the individual yogurts and had better options for cereal for kids and I like when they had the waffle maker better.

Room large and very comfortable with USB outlets on the bed side table; towels and soap good quality and bed also very comfortable. The breakfast was more than adequate with very good scrambled eggs. I didn't have any bacon or sausage. Bagels and toast (only white) provided, pancakes, yogurt and fresh fruit. Juices and good coffee. We were happy and felt satisfied.

Unfortunately, there were some rowdy people slamming doors and running in the halls (teenagers?) around 10pm on and off for about 20 minutes. The hotel seemed to be sold out. There was hardly any place to park when we got back after a great dinner out on York Beach. But, in the morning everyone in the breakfast room was late middle-aged and/or retired!! They all seemed like us and we felt reassured.

Breakfast was good. Front desk friendly. Location was near where i needed to be. Was concerned about a couple in front of me that had charges on their bill they couldn't figure out. I will say i has no problem with anything on mine. Really expensive for one night and the quality. My room was clean and spacious. Furniture seemed dated. Otherwise good.

Really expensive compared to the quality of the hotel. $300.00 for one night. I guess i need to keep in mind it is summer and tourist season.

The hotel room was clean and a comfortable size for 2 people. I liked the morning breakfast that was included with coffee and it was convenient to have a refrigerator to chill our drinks for the beach. It was very close to both the York beaches and the Kittery outlets. Bonus an indoor pool and fitness center. While I wasn't there long enough to use the pool, it still scores bonus points to be able to swim no matter what the weather.

A little pricey, considering it wasn't actually on the beach.

We stay here every time we come to York.The rooms are clean,beds are comfy,staff is very nice,pool is warm,they offer a breakfast with different things to choose from. Its convenient to the beach,zoo and light house

I didnt really partake in the included breakfast except for a couple small Danish. They were ok. But I like that they offer a complimentary breakfast.

They should maybe check around the bed when they vacuum. There were 2 small pills up against the bottom.

The room was spacious and everything was very clean. Pool onsite was nice and the continental breakfast was very good. Friendly staff, short drive to York Beach and Kittery Outlets.
