Excellent location near BWI. Staff was very friendly, from the shuttle drivers to the front desk attendants. Large and diverse grab and go sundries selection. Really solid dispensary with great prices less than a 10 minute walk away, and less than a 10 minute ride to both BWI and the Amtrak/MARC station. A standard checkout time of 12pm was a great feature, and the only thing that kept me from a later 1pm checkout that day was a large group was coming and the staff needed ample time to get rooms ready. Pool and fitness center were very clean and the sun deck is a really cool place to take a coffee and watch planes take off from the airport. Would recommend 100 times over for any BWI or Amtrak/MARC traveler

$20 for the breakfast felt a little steep, given the options, but that’s hotels for you, I suppose. Also, I realize this is a growing trend and not a complaint about this property specifically, but can we please put an end to this whole “no taking food from hotel breakfast back to your room” thing? I’m separately paying for both a room here and the ability to dine at your breakfast service, I should be able to do whatever I want with my breakfast as long as I remain on property and return all my cutlery at the end of my stay. I think it’s incredibly short sighted to inconvenience guests who want to walk down to the lobby and grab something to eat to bring back to the room with them rather than relying on room service to pick up the phone during peak breakfast hours.

The rooms were spacious! Very clean and comfortable.

When my husband and I arrived and 3 of the employees were standing behind the counter. One of the females and male employees ( Tri and I didn't get his counterpart's name) brushed us off to Camia to check us in! I felt slighted afterwards. That same employee welcomed another guest coming in after us and checked her in with her daughter. I believe in customer service, as I too work in that field! You never make a guest feel indifferent, EVER! Makes the company look bad! Anyway, Camia was very helpful and deserves to work with people just like her! I would love to return, just to see Camia again.

Very clean, desk person was on top of it, and very helpful. I liked having two chairs.

No microwave. It gives you the impression of price gouging, forcing to buy hotel food, and doesn’t allow guests to heat up healthier food than that available at the hotel. Not enough outlets on the night stands for phone, iPad, CPAP, hearing aids for two people. I paid about $200for the room, including resort taxes,,and you still ask me to pay to park?

In town for a birthday party & stayed less than 2 hours. Didn't have time to explore the hotel or use amenities. I was satisfied with my room.

The shower set up was poor. The water would hit the back of the shower that was raised, run along the edge & then leak underneath the lip of the door causing water to run all over the floor. Luckily I put the bathmat down before, which caught the water, but it was soaked.

One then two occasions a staff member entered the the elevator spoke informed us that they were a staff member and asked us. Was everything OK with us stay? I appreciate the question because they were in regular clothes without us, knowing that they was even employees of the hotel. They didn’t have to knowledge them self they could’ve just spoken and left it at that.

I stayed in room 517 and when I turn the shower water began to run on the floor I use the towels to clean up the water. I adjusted the shower head and when I took another shower, I had the same problem. I mentioned this to one of the staff when I got on the elevator she was the manager of housekeeping she sent someone to the room with additional towels for me to clean on the floor. I do believe that is something that you guys should look into for that room.

Convenient to highway in Baltimore. Quality facility, good service, nice restaurant which we dined in for the evening. Food was good, service was good. Safe neighborhood, secure parking, close to amenities. Shuttle service available for airport and local services is a plus. Clean hotel and friendly staff. Great bar atmosphere.

Difficult to locate the place from Nursery Road. Maybe could be better signage but we found it eventually. :-)

This is a hotel I go to often, not too far away but far enough for me to feel like I’ve gone somewhere. It’s also very convenient to a lot of entertainment

No microwaves in the room, yet it still lists it as an amenity on bookings website. There was no ice machine on our floor, was completely removed and We had to go to another floor to get ice.

Everyone was very nice, room was great and the kids loved the pool. The Adult had a great time at the bar meant other hotel guests, the drinks were reasonable prices😊

Paying for breakfast, we thought it was too much, Especially if you have a lot of family. It would be awesome if the rooms had microwave 😊

My flight was canceled at 11pm at night. I was able to book and arrive at the hotel within 15 mins. The staff was so nice and accommodating. Even those the flight was canceled being at the hotel make me feel a little better. The staff was very helpful in giving information for the shuttle. They also provided me with water to take to my room,

Bed was comfortable, room was clean, good hot water. Nice view of BWI landings and take offs. Great restaurant staff. Nice folks at the front desk.

No mini refrigerator or microwave in room. No trashcan liners. OK for a one night stay but would be inconvenient for longer. Parking instructions were too vague.
