I liked that their was activities close by, within walking distance

I didn't realize that, they would hold another $75 off my card. Which cut our activities down. Also didn't know you had to Also on top of everything else had to pay for parking, you would think that was included already in the price of the room.

The stuff was very friendly and helpful. There was plenty to do within walking distance of the hotel.

Adding an exhaust fan in the bathroom would be nice. Additionally there were signs on the elevator asking to limit to 4 people but there was some sort of competition in town and more than once when we got in the elevator no less than 8 teenagers crammed into the elevator with the 3 of us. When checking in my husband was asked to put his beer away because of these “kids”, it would have been nice for these “kids” to have been asked to abide by the sign posted and not try to cram into an elevator.

The location could not be beat! Our room was so comfortable and clean. It had a bathtub, which was a must for us with a toddler. They were nice enough to put us on the floor with the indoor pool so we took full advantage of it. The pool was the perfect temperature, and the room it was in was nice and warm. Every staff member we came across was super friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

The valet parking was kind of expensive and I wish we could park ourselves, but it wasn’t a huge deal.

Everything was great except for the forced valet parking.

The valets were not very attentive. We drove right by them (their location is not so obvious) when we were going to check in and they didn't even notice or acknowledge us. We were stopped at the big STOP sign and waited a couple of minutes before just parking ourselves and walking in. The number/QR code that I was given to call for my truck also didn't work. I wasn't pleased at having to pay $30 + tip for crappy service.

The staff was awesome and very hospitable. the property was very clean, Its is walking distance to plenty of great attractions ,restaurants, bars, parks etc. They have EV CHARGERS onsite.

my room was a little dated and my room was right near the indoor pool. So if you're there on the weekend, the kids running in the hall was VERY annoying. Ask for a room NOT on the 4th floor. the fireplace on the roof was broken

The location was great. Walkable to many great restaurants and attractions. Free shuttle if walking isn’t your preference. We ate at STIR and Agave & Rye. Both were great. Breakfast at Maple Biscuit and Innside Restaurant delivered and we also recommend.

The parking is pricing but the service was quick. We were not told about the Rodizio restaurant located inside the hotel. We stumbled on it by accident the last day. Surprised the hotel staff did not point that out.

The accommodation was excellent, and the front desk clerk, Laquinton, was fantastic. He was extremely helpful, courteous, and friendly. The only difference is that the hotel does not have movie channels, which I found unusual given that every other hotel I've stayed at had them. There was one channel indicated, but it did not work. Other than that, it was fantastic.

I made the reservation in my name for TWO rooms. There was a lot of confusion; I was told there was only one room reserved; told I needed to call you and try to straighten out the problem. Luckily a very nice assistant manager took charger. Evidently the second room was reserved under my son’s name. It was confusing since I made reservation in my name and responsible for the bill It eventually got worked out but sure caused some anxiety

The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

It was hard to sleep in past 7:30 am because I could hear so many things around our room. Every time someone closed a door I could hear it. We tried to swim but the water in the pool was so full it was overflowing and coming out of the room into the hall. I did not feel like this was safe at all. I also think that at that price parking should be included and it is not.

Nice pool. Excellent breakfast buffet from the restaurant (did cost extra but I purchased it when I booked.) nice selection of scrambled eggs, bacon, hard boiled eggs, waffles, bagels, toast, tons of fruit, oatmeal, cereal, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, granola, orange juice, and coffee. Staff was soooo nice. Every single one of them we encountered. The beds were insanely comfortable. Pillows too. We slept great. Property was clean and well maintained. Valet parking was great. Shower had great water pressure. (I always wonder about this because I have thick and long hair!). Lobby was welcoming. Overall, was a great place to stay.
