we went to bar once we were checked in , 3 bar staff, one new team member corey. crazy bad attention to service-bar not full. maybe 10 patrons. we ordered white wine, none cooled, ok, we said bring it in a wine chiller with ice it would be ok, tick tick tick, 20min later and a fairly audible request for bar member to deliver order bottle of wine to where we were seated, we were told new team member in training, cool, -not our problem, trainer, step up!. took a few more min to order food, which was fine by the way. just a bummer vibe at the bar. we were hangry, yet trying to be friendly customers.

The latte was good, and the selection of breakfast was, also. The room was spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. The valets were excellent greeters as were the hosts at the check in desks.

We waited 15 minutes for our bill at the bar after asking. When I got up to ask another bartender, I got snipped at by a little brunette with glasses. When the manager started to help us she told him we had just asked for it! The other staff were very kind and the valets outside were great. The maid walked in at 9:00 am without knocking. And, again at 9:45. Also, they were knocking around in the room right above us at 11:00pm. The bathroom counter objects had not been dusted in weeks, neither were the lampshades.

Our stay was fabulous! Lauren was my contact and she went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We were there with two 8 yr. old granddaughters for an American Girl Tea Party. Lauren made our arrival so special for the girls, making the bed up with pink sheets, having a snack tray for the girls, and wine in the frig for us, a welcome sign with the girls' names, balloons, even setting up some cute doll beds with matching pj's laid out on the beds. I had to provide the pink sheets, doll beds, & pj's, but Lauren set it all up beautifully, even laundering the new pink sheets before putting them on the girls' bed. The girls were thrilled everything when we walked in the room. We have only rave reviews for Lauren and The Harpeth!

We ordered room service breakfast and it was delicious. However, it was terribly expensive. I wouldn't choose to get breakfast there in the future because of the cost. Also made the mistake of ordering from the restaurant for dinner. The cost was ridiculous. This is the only thing we didn't like.

Excellent location. Clean, impressive hotel. the coffee bar was also a nice feature in the morning. The bar area impressed me as did the staff as we "dropped in" with a party of 9 at about 8pm. We lucked out and were seated around the fireplace. Our waitress from the bar promptly got us menus and drinks. We had excellent burgers, Cobb Salad and pork rinds! Served quickly n what was a busy night.

$40 dollars for overnight parking was a little much. One day, after cleaning our room, the maids did not replenish our coffee and left dirty used cups on the coffee stand. I guessed they missed it! but we called down to the desk and everything was made right. quickly I might add.

I liked the closeness to downtown. I enjoyed the room amenities. Large shower and positioning of the bed in the room. I like the balcony and the availability of food and drinks within the Harpeth.

I didn't like that I had to pay for parking in the garage closest to the Harpeth. I was told later by the staff that I could park down the road at the public parking garage for free.

The staff was extremely helpful, from the valets outside to the concierge and wait staff at the bar. We stumbled into Franklin's street festival which was a bonus....great town with plenty to walk to

The first room we got was SO small and we thought we made a terrible mistake booking there (btw, we will NEVER use booking.com ever again! However, Harpeth went out of the way to satisfy our concerns. It turned out great!

Wonderful hotel and friendly staff. The attached coffee shop was great, nice menu and excellent coffee. Hotel is within walking distance to shops and several restaurants. Valet parking pricy but very efficient staff. Will definitely return.

The Staff at this hotel is wonderful. They were so helpful and kind. There is a delicious coffee shop attached to the hotel. The location can't be beat! Great stay overall.

The hotel was amazing and even though the room I booked on booking didn't match the pictures because it showed a soaker tub and it did not have one in that room the hotel upgraded my room with no additional costs!
