The shuttle service from the village was disruptive one day but when we made enquiries at the given tel number, the lady at the reception was very rude, she should not work there! She would not give her name as we wanted to complain to her manager, she has short hair and wears glasses. We told the manager anyways. Problems and disruptions may arise all the time in life, but your job is in the client service and to solve problems rather than to upset your clients, lady. Like all your colleagues at the reception do - learn from them!

A beautiful property overlooking Marina Piccolo on Capri, with so many balconies and terraces to enjoy the view or a meal. We stayed for four nights. We loved that they had all-day dining by the pool or the terrace, were minutes away from a wonderful public beach where we frequently swam. The staff were super friendly and always happy to chat or help out. The all day shuttle to Capri town was also excellent.

The rooms were a bit small and because we couldn’t get the room with the terrace for all 4 nights of our stay, we ended up in a room with only a view of the ocean. We should have tried to book 3 with terrace plus one with view only. Having a terrace would have enhanced our stay. - We also found it very weird and inappropriate that they have a bust of Mussolini in the lobby right at the check in desk. It was unclear why and what the message is.

Our stay at Hotel Weber Ambassador was exceptional. From checking in we were warmly welcomed by staff and given a room with an incredible view of the Mediterranean sea and the famous Faraglioni. Our room was spacious and well appointed, the facilities in the hotel excellent, dinner on the balcony with a view, and the quality and choice of food at all meal times was again excellent. The shuttle bus from the Marina and in and out of town was a great service. We also loved the beach, a little over a five minute walk from the hotel. We will definitely return here.

The bed was a little on the hard side but nothing too uncomfortable.

Its location and closeness to the beach were perfect. It was far from the city center but they offer a free shuttle bus going to and from the center to the hotel. However we didn’t know this option before coming. We have only received the taxi option which was not free of course. The room size and cleanness were great. The balcony was large with perfect view to the sea however we didn’t use it that much since it was too close to other’s room without having any privacy. The staff were so kind and helpful. The restaurant had also a variety of food with good price

Fantastic view. We did pay for one of their best rooms, though, with a Seaview and Balcony. Breakfast was a good continental buffet. We walked down to the public beach, to go swimming in the sea, which we enjoy. The beach is stoney and we were told it was quiet (due to bad weather we were experiencing) and was normally crowded. There are numerous beach bars which you could pay to go in and use loungers but don't know what the cost is.

We ate dinner at the hotel for ease on 2 nights but was disappointed with the standard of food. Although the Tiramisu was great; this should be the daily desert instead of the lemon pie, which numerous tables left. Shuttle service to Capri is good but essential as you can't get anywhere without transport it is so hilly. Unfortunately, we found Capri itself overcrowded with tourists!

Breakfast was plentiful and very good. Had light lunch and menu options were good. Bartenders (at small onsite bar), shuttle drivers, and desk staff were wonderful. From storing luggage to responsiveness to requests, they made the stay more enjoyable. Location was wonderful. Away from crowds but with shuttle service we were able to get to where needed without issue. While we were unable to use the pool, we did visit it and we're impressed by how lovely it was.

Breakfast staff didn't clear away used dishes making it difficult to have room on the table, plus most people prefer to have plates removed as used. Found insects/ants in the room the first day. Impressed how quickly someone came to address issue (sprayed); however, after effect smell of spraying lingered on for quite a while. Following rainstorms, patio table covers were left wet and hanging off of the tables making for a sloppy appearance.

Amazing location overlooking the smaller Marina Piccola, away from the craziness of Marina Grande. The hotel offers a free shuttle to and from Capri centre through to 2am, plus a shuttle to tnsf guests to Marina Grande on your arrival and departure. Our room was small however it had a private terrace overlooking the water. The breakfast was included in the room rate and they offered a full buffet of hot and cold options and a whole table of pastries and cakes! There didn't seem to be any Asian options on offer. The pool and pool bar were lovely to have, but it was also a quick walk downhill to the beach and beach club. The curtains were total block out which was great for morning sleep ins. Very happy with the water pressure in the shower.

Location is outstanding!!! Breathtaking views!!! The transportation from arrival/departure at the port ..including the drivers every 10 minutes into the town. Wonderful service... Nothing was to much trouble for the drivers/staff. The guys in the restaurant (Cataldo, Pasquale, Felice).. *ALL the restaurant team worked so hard with great service and with a smile. Great team work. Great Job!

WiFi.. poor in the bedroom room Bathroom products very limited. Pool area - only 1 towel allowed (had to sign in and sign out … it’s just a towel) and if you dared to take another the lady working was not happy at all!! Rude - aggressive.

Good location for Capri centre - shuttle bus or Vespa rental. It has a nice view of the ocean - we had a lovely private terrace with a sea view. Staff were all very lovely and helpful.

We arrived from the night ferry from Naples and hadn’t had dinner. I was very seasick during the trip and really needed something. The hotel overview says the restaurant is open until 10.30 and a 24/7 snackbar is in use. We tried to get a quick meal or room service at 10pm but were told the restaurant was closed and no snack bar available. There’s no shops or places nearby to get a quick bite so going hungry until the next day was a bit of a rubbish start. Apart from that, everything went smoothly.
