Our room was uncomfortably warm. We couldn’t work the air con so rang reception and they said by law they couldn’t turn the air con on till April. I don’t understand that as they were heating our room and that electricity. I asked them to please turn the heater off as it’s too hot. The heater was left on all night. We opened our window to let cool air in but it was too noisy and mozzies flew in. I had to sleep with a wet towel on me all night the room was so hot. Please can you do something for the next customers as was not comfortable at all.

An elegant little hotel smack dab in the middle of everything. Breakfast was exceptional-perfect fresh hot croissants to the full array of anything you’d want. Very pleasant responsive staff. Galleries, churches, museums and great restaurants all within walking distance … (Extraordinary exhibitions 10 minutes away, and a fantastic high tech food court building around the corner in the middle of the market.)

The hotel was really close to the main station, only 5 minutes walk which was perfect for our stay as we were coming from Rome. It was then only an additional 6minutes to the Duomo! Everything was walkable and there is so much to look at along the way, picturesque side streets, wine windows etc. the 24h reception was really useful and we really enjoyed having breakfast included. It can add up when you are buying breakfast every morning (we did this in Rome). There was a great selection that catered to every type of breakfast choice and all buffet style. The room was beautiful and they even upgraded us as we were celebrating a big birthday and wedding anniversary! The hotel in general was beautifully decorated and perfect for a picturesque weekend away in Florence. Thank you Atlantic Palace, we will definitely stay again!

The lift was quite noisy, this didn’t bother us as we were only the 1st floor and our room was far away but if you are a light sleeper I would make sure to request a room away from the lift.

The hotel made us a room upgrade !! We were thankful because in the price of a regular room we had a suite instead Thank you so much

The breakfast was not suitable for a 4 star hotel ... Very small buffet , not a wide variety of breakfast goods The light switches is a bit complicated... You didn't refill the shampoo bottle in the bathroom

The hotel is fabulous and close to literally everything. The location is perfect, close to the train station and the city's major tourist attractions. The rooms are nice and have everything except shampoo. The staff are friendly. And they allow you to store your bags before and even after check-in, so you can enjoy Florence even more. I really liked it

We spent our first wedding anniversary here, such an absolute gem in Florence. On arrival we received an upgrade and bubbles. Very friendly helpful staff. Central location, great transport links and fantastic views from the roof terrace bar at the sister hotel next door

We stayed on the third floor, accessible via a lift but there are also a further four steps, which I slipped down. Perhaps some non slip tape on the edge of each one would be beneficial as it could be an older person next time.

Great value for money, room was a bit hard to get to with it not being able to be reached via elevator. My room was way better than I anticipated with a massive bathroom and a balcony. Reception was grand as well.

Was not able to get to my room with the elevator. I think this maybe applies to 50% of the hotel, but that's a rough guess.

Location! Easy to get to the sites. We were 10-15 minutes walking to everything important. Also the staff is like a 5 star hotel. So helpful and knowledgeable. Called our taxi for us, gave food recommendations, etc. Bed comfy tho! Very clean!

We were above a noisy Main Street. And you can here noisy neighbors scorching chairs or flushing toilets. Bring ear plugs and white noise app and you’ll be fine. Several repairs needed around the room, especially in bathroom. This is a 3 star hotel by American standards.

Great location, walkable distance from railway station and main attractions, the night was quiet, staff was friendly, there was elevator and concierge helped with luggages. The room gives you a feeling like you stay in the castle. The ceiling is high and made of wood like in the old days.

There was only showed gel in the shower. No shampoo, no conditioner. The view from our room was to the inner courtyard and other windows, probably it is because of the room type we have selected
