Host Ulrich is very caring and attentive. Studio has all you need for a stay including a small kitchnenette, fridge. Breakfast is provided in the room (loads of thins: Bread, Cornetti, Coffee, Milk, Juices, Marmelade, Cheese, Butter, Fruit and more). Beds are surprisingly comfortable. Lockable, closed carpark 20 metres from the stay is a big plus in Genova. With children location at the old port is perfect, a lot of restaurants, aquarium and a big playground within 5 minutes. Major sights are 15-20min walk away.

Only minor things. Arriving with car the streets look a bit shady and tiny, but manageable with a Van (maybe an issue with big cars). Studio is on groound floor level and B&B in a tiny street, so not much daylight. Studio has all you need, maybe even too much (there a lot of toys, books, and more in the studio. Our children liked it, but it takes away space for example for suitcases). Curtains could be renewed as light still comes in at night (but as it's quite dark side street not much of an issue). Can't see staying here more than 2-3 nights though, as it's all quite tiny.

The location is perfect for those who want to get to know the old city of Genoa. The landlord was very hospitable and helpful. He gave us some tips regarding the dinner options. The parking place was in his rented garage and cost us 22 Eur/day. It was kind that we could leave our car there even after a check-out. The breakfast was various. We were offered to consume everything we would find in the fridge or the kitchen. There was actually more than enough food there.

It was very difficult to find the place using a navigation system since the house is located in a seaport area, in a traffic-restricted area. Therefore, after a couple of tries a landlord had to meet us outside the zone and escort us to his garage. The apartment seemed to be clean. However, white bed linen would strengthen this impression.

The staff were very kind and the house looked cosy and colourful, better than the pictures. We had a coffee machine in the room and enjoyed good Italian coffee throughout my stay there, which made my every day better. Thank you for providing water bottles every day, it was a life saver! Great breakfast as well, tasty croissants and granola, yoghurts, milk and cream cheese, fruit juice and fresh fruit.

The staff was very helpful and the room was great, except the view. The breakfast was interesting but good since it was directly in the room and got topped up every morning.

It was extremely difficult to find. The taxi driver abandoned me at the aquarium and suggested I can use google maps to find it. To be fair the roads are awfully small, but he could have dropped me off closer with better instructions.

Ulrich is a fantastic host. Breakfast was adjusted towards our needs based on our usage. When we bought bananas for ourselves, he started to supply them which was a very nice surprise. The apartment was very clean and it was nice to return in the evening with everything being serviced. The location is central with easy access to the city and public transport.

When we booked, we did not realise there are multiple locations (probably because all others were already booked). The main description is only valid for one apartment, which was different from the one we booked. As a result we had a bit more road noise than expected.

Excellent location for exploring Genova. Located in the old port area, it was a 5 minute walk to the port and 10-15 minutes in to the old town. Lots of bars and restaurants and shops. Car parking was safe and secure, if a little expensive, but worth it for peace of mind. The apartment had everything we needed and was well equipped. Ulrich was extremely helpful and a great host, always quick to respond to any messages or requests.

We had a great experience at this hotel. The room was spotlessly clean and included a small kitchen, which was convenient. All the necessary amenities were provided. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which was delivered to our room and lasted the whole day. The hotel's location is excellent, as it allows easy access to many nearby sights within walking distance. We were pleasantly surprised by the absence of traffic noise, which made for a peaceful stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Additionally, the hotel offers parking spaces for rent in a nearby garage, although it's worth noting that your navigator might not direct you there correctly. It would be wise to look at the map beforehand, as some roads may lead to the port's parking lot instead.

Cute decor, great set up, excellent service + communication - awesome location by Porto Antico in a funky neighborhood with amazing restaurants- walking distance to all Genoa’s main attractions. Perfect for our family of 4.

Kind, helpful and professions staff (Ulrich!) Location: super central and 5 min walk from the Aquarium! Family friendly super clean environment (cot, toys, high chair etc)

Currently the external part of the building is undergoing some renovation therefore it’s not super nice to see from then outside

The location is superb, next to the Old Port, in a quiet street, with a private paid parking garage, the B&B looks like a bank vault :), so I felt very safe inside! The young manager was very pleasant and explained everything around the hotel and services in the room, gave us a map of Genoa and in general was very helpful. Very good Internet connection, rich offer of self-service breakfast, which was ready in the room on a special breakfast table. The bed was large and very comfortable, the room elegant with a kitchenette corner, very convenient. The only hotel during my 12-day stay in Italy which hadn´t charged us beforehand, we paid on arrival, which I find most convenient.

Everything about the hotel was great! Driving in Italy, however, is insane, but that´s another story...
