Excellent location. Close to the metro station and just across the Porto Antico. There are many good restaurants around. Most of the places are in walking distance. The The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok. Check-in instructions were clear.

Although my room was large and comfortable, it was next to a busy and noisy road. There was no A/C in the room, so they gave me a fan later. Luckily, I was there in perfect season. So there wasn't much hot. But I can't imagine the room in summer without A/C. And you can't open the window because of the noise.

Great location, easy to get in and out of the city. The Cavour16 rent bedrooms is well-maintained and has a safe and secure environment. Edoardo was really helpful and I also was able to check in earlier and they also let me store my luggage there after I checked out. I also would like to mention the housekeeping lady…she was extremely nice and friendly even though I didn’t speak her language. I would definitely stay here again in the future. Grazie!

There was a day during my stay which was not the peruvian on the daily tasks and was another lady rude, looking to much to people and not 10% of the kindness and customer support the peruvian woman has because we arrive we receive such great service and then suddenly a day thankfully was just one time it was another person with less to give to the customers and less breakfast and not a person to send or say a word. Apart of this the internet as I could realize from room number 3 until mine 5/6 was very low and not effective at all as internet just works on sharing space and room number 1/2.

The room was noisy. The windows of our room looked out onto the road. For a person who has difficulty sleeping, it will be difficult. This was not a problem for us, since we walked around the city all day, came to our room tired and immediately fell asleep.

We had two different rooms. The first room was excellent .The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful and the breakfast was very good.

We had to change rooms on our second night. We had a room without air conditioning and, because of the noise from the highway, it wasn't practical to leave a window open overnight. This made the room uncomfortably hot.

The staff was absolutely adorable, especially the lady who was making breakfast, she made our stay exceptional. The room was very beautiful, we had our private bathroom and everything was clean.

The street noises were a bit loud, but that's what you have to deal with when you want to live central so all in all, there's not really anything to complain about

The accomodation is in a good place. Very easy to get to. The people were very helpful and nice to talk to!

I had some trouble getting the front door open. I think I tried 10 times before I managed to figure it out.

the rooms heading the streets can be a bit noisy but it was not the big disadvantage for the hotel especially for short stays. Bed wasn't tip top but we were happy with our stay overall
