I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The property was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were consistently courteous and welcoming throughout my visit. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was exceptionally clean. I was particularly impressed by the standard of the cleaning service, which was thorough and reliable. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and attention to detail

However, there are a couple of areas where improvements could be made. The addition of a full-length mirror in the room would be a welcome enhancement for guests. Additionally, the pillows provided were quite flat and lacked adequate support, which affected the overall comfort of the stay. The road leading to the hotel and parking is very narrow, we managed to get a a C3 down it but it was tight.

Staff were super friendly and helpful, we really enjoyed our stay thanks to them and their recommendations and directions. This is a perfect area for exploring the city and everything is a short walk away including the train station for coastal day trips and the airport shuttle. We were able to leave our bags after check out due to really late flight. Air con made room very comfortable in the summer weather and window shutter makes it nice and dark for sleeping. There was a small fridge and kettle for tea/coffee though we didn’t need to use it.

Pillow was too thin, though bed was comfortable.

The hotel was absolutely fantastic. It was perfectly clean. Very good located. 5 Minute walk to principe station. Bus und subway station next to the hotel. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The staff on the reception was so great and explained us in detail all the sights in Genova und gave us great tipps. They even borrowed us a guidebook. We would definetly book that hotel again. Thank you for the nice stay here.

Owners were very friendly and helpful. We arrived at night and they found a restaurant that was still open. Driving directions were not good and the place is actually down a back alley so it seems a bit sketchy at first. Driving the alley and parking is extremely tight but they guide you in and out once you find the place. No elevator and 4 floors so be prepared to schlep your bags. Cute rooms but no view even from top floor.

The staff were extraordinarily kind and generous with their time, helping to get our car into the parking lot, making sure we had the perfect rooms, and giving great recommendations of things to do around the city. The rooms are basic but comfortable, and we appreciated the calm location in the middle of the city! A real oasis.

No complaints (also I read it before in other reviews so I was prepared!), but the parking is very narrow, so if you've got a big car, be aware! However, the wonderful staff took the time to guide us from the street into the (very secure!!) parking. We've got an audi A4 and we had about 4 cm to spare on either side.

The staff are incredibly nice and welcoming, it is a much better feeling than staying at those keybox apartments that take over every city. Although the hotel is not new, the rooms have recently renovated bathrooms and everything is very clean. Location is very convenient, close to the aquarium and to the train station. Oh, and what a treat, having breakfast in truly Italian style at the 'La Iacona pasticceria', as recommended by the hotel.

A bit dark and dated lobby, but just a minor detail.

The hotel is in a great location easy 350 metre walk from the main train station in Genoa. Close to everything including the waterfront, the shops and restaurants but also the main tourist attractions and main shopping zones were an easy walk from the hotel. Anna and her family who run the hotel are amazing. Anna is so accommodating with any request and is also helpful with any tourist information or dinner / restaurant suggestions which we took up. We had a great time and felt so comfortable during our stay including the size of the coffee mugs in our room. Loved them.

Would have liked some drinking glasses in the room instead of 2 plastic cups but that is a minor item.

The hotel is less than 10 min. walking from the Genova Central Train Station therefore it is very easy to reach even with luggages. The staff is helpful. The room was nicely decorated and clean. The city center is also just walking distance away.

The room looked over to a wall. Also the hotel is located on a small inner square at the end of an alleyway therefore do not expect beautiful views and surrounding. There was no elevator and our room was on the fourth floor so prepare for some luggage carrying and climbing steps.

We stopped in Genoa for 24 hours and had the pleasure of staying in this lovely family run close to the station. Anna helped with advice on the best of Genoa we could see in the limited time we had. The room was very clean, tidy, and recently decorated, it had everything we needed for the night. If we come back to Genoa, we would love to stay again!

The initial narrow entry path, we were not sure what we would find, within a few steps the path opened up to a little garden oasis, at the door of the hotel. There was no kettle in the room (only a problem if your a constant tea drinker like me) however, hot drinks were available in reception and excellent coffee just a few steps away.

A lovely Hotel, preparation couldn't be better, all information in Booking a absolutely correct. We git one of the best Welcome ever, after passing the narrow access road (as explained from the Hotel) to a very great secured parking place. Place is perfect for exploring beautiful Genova. Very lovely equipped rooms, with all what a traveler needs, including a save parking place in centro storico. The very best were the help to find the best and realy the BEST place for dinner in Genova. We got great recommendations, and it was GREAT, we had 2 awesome dinners in local Tratorias, eating e Nonna. Grazie Mille for the great days.
