Natalia was so friendly and helpful with my check in at reception. She gave lots of useful information and nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean and comfortable, and bigger than I had expected too. It had everything needed from a hotel stay. The location is close to the Villa Borghese park which was lovely to walk around, and I might have missed it if I wasn't staying in the area. There was public transport nearby but also not too far to walk to the centre if you like to wander around and take in the atmosphere.

It's hard to say anything I didn't like because I had such a great stay! I think the only thing that could be improved is to make the sign more prominent on the outside of the building, because it's a shared building and it took me a minute to work out I had the right place.

sizeable room, spacious restroom, marvellous cleaning service, very welcoming staff members that speak amazing english, proximity to local bars and trattorias (esp recommend visiting Ristorante Al Padovano — family restaurant with amazing quality and quantity of portions)

it wasnt of a big concern for me since i hit the sack extremely early that one can hear everything that is going on in the next to theirs rooms yet i can tell that my neighbours were not happy bc of that

The place was amazing, very very clean, (they clean your room everyday which is rare nowadays), the location is superb if you want to look around Rome by foot which i recommend because every corner of every bulding is amazing (i walked 15+ km for 4 days and it was worth it), the staff were so friendly kind and helpful, will deff recommend you.

It’s not hotel, it’s motel ( apartments-hotel). We put the label for cleaning on door but they just changed bed sheets and put new towel , but vacuuming didn’t do, and it was full of dust in every where. The door of balcony when was window could not be closed and all the time opened by wind, so didn’t fix and isolated. The AC did not work well and keep the room warm just worked as fan.

Location was excellent, so much good food around, and there is a grocery store within a 3 minute walking distance. As a solo traveler, it was great. Staff was incredibly friendly.

My only complaint would be, my last day they provided fresh fruit for breakfast and I wish that was provided everyday during my stay :) (stayed 6 days)

Great location quiet however close to the bus station. Some stores around, and a bar on the ground level. AC working well and quiet. Room has working fridge, and nice tv. They cleaned room and changed towels when I was out of the room.

Generally speaking everything was fine, but the toilet needs refreshing - it doesn't meet modern design standards however everything worked well.

This hotel was exactly what I was looking for. Not far from underground station, in a quiet place. The room equipment was modest, but functional for my trip. I was looking for a place to sleep, with a privacy, for reasonable price. If you don't want to pay ridiculous amount of money for some other hotels, choose this one!

I am very pleased. The service was excellent, they were always ready to help, and the room was always clean.

The only disadvantage was the distance from the center. Yes, there were many buses and the metro was 15 minutes away. But returning late at night was a problem because the transportation was not frequent at that time.

The shower was not great. The temperature of the water keep changing from cold to warm. It was pretty warm so it was ok, but I would have hate taking a shower during winter.

I am still inside my room yet the cleaning staff suddenly try to enter in my room using the duplicate key without knocking at the door and it's not check out time so no reason for going inside the room with the guest still inside
