Very nice quality hotel. Bed are really comfortable and the rooms are very clean! Breakfast was decent enough, not great, not world-famous, but good overall!

The lifts are absolutely dangerous! These are in abysmal quality. We got stuck once in the one lift and the other lifts do not feel safe at all. Also the location is quite a bit outside the city center (which you know when you book of course), but just be aware that there's almost always a need for a taxi to go anywhere. Be aware; advert says "pooltowels provided", which it's not. You have to pay for every towel you use.

We had a wonderful stay in this quiet and peaceful location. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. The breakfast was absolutely awesome – a great start to each day. We stayed with our dog, and everything was perfect for her as well. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

The only downside was the air conditioning in the room – it could be better. During the summer, it might be uncomfortable without a more efficient AC system.

If you’re looking for a place to rest, this is perfect. Very clean rooms and you can expect a very calm stay also in summer periode.A beautiful swimming pool with proper regulations (finally a hotel in Rome where the pool isn’t overcrowded ,real rules are respected!). Such a pleasant experience, with incredibly kind staff from the front door to the breakfast service. I felt truly welcomed. I don’t usually leave long reviews, but after so many hard-working days around Rome and different hotels, I really wanted to highlight how i liked this place.

Nothing

This is a lovely hotel well outside of the busy centre of Rome, and it feels like you've left it all behind. Quiet location, great pool, decent little gym, great sized room. If you are driving there is masses of parking, so no problem at all arriving late and finding a space. Special mention of Pinsa & Gusto restaraunt which is about 5 minutes walk away - it's lovely! Well worth a visit.

We didn't have water for about 18 hours, which was a pain. Hotel was a bit vague on when it was coming back on - communication could have been better - and we had to complain to get any money back. Pool closes at 1900, which is a shame. In the height of summer it is a lovely pool to cool off in.

The pool was lovely, with a very nice lifeguard in attendance. The loungers are comfy. Overall the facilities are great and staff were very helpful. One receptionist gave us a map and lots of advice on where to go in Rome. The bus is a short walk from the hotel, the vatican city is about a 30 minute walk.

The air conditioning in our room wasn't working well, however the staff gave us a fan instead and that helped. The location is a bit outside of the city but makes up for it with the pool.

Very good rooms, spacious and clean. Gorgeous pool which was a delight during the heatwave of August. Luxurious feel and modern interior. Staff were all wonderful and kind and accommodating. Large beds. Poolside food was incredible and worth the money. Electric lime scooters always at property so easy to get around for cheap.

Took a while to place an order for food at the bar, no option to bring down hotel room towels to pool and so had to pay €2.50 each day for a pool towel. A small bit far from city centre however like scooters made this not a problem and actually quite a fun commute

Friendly Atmosphere, very clean and value for money. On the doorstep of every tourist attraction you would want to visit in Rome. When you decide to explore, just ask a member of staff at reception and a taxi arrives for you within 5 minutes. €15 for a ride into town!! Bargin. The bar staff are attentive and friendly. The breakfast team is always on point. The pool attendant is always there to assist. Just a great team of professionals ready to help whoever you are wherever you are from. A truely international hotel.

Choice of food. Being a foodie, I expected more than what was on offer. We would have liked more inspired choices, especially being an Italian run hotel. More night-time entertainment. We were so impressed with the bar staff at night that it would have been easier to spend more time on the terrace if the entertainment was available before going out.

The hotel and our room were spotlessly clean. It is in a quiet location some way from the centre of Rome. It's nearer to the Vatican City. The pool was closed for the season when we were there. The beds are super comfy & the room has floor to ceiling blackout curtains. Our room had a bath & an overhead shower. Clean room & towels every day. There are lots of lovely wee trattorias & cafes in the vicinity, offering a real taste of delicious Italian cuisine.

The grout seal around the edge of the bath & shower had small patches of black mould, but as I said, otherwise, it was exceptionally clean. There was no kettle in the room, nor any tea or coffee.

Fabulous pool, excellent buffet breakfast. The rooms are simple but clean, comfortable and everything you need.

Our air conditioning wasn’t very cold, they sent someone to fix it but the room never really got below 25 degrees (which was actually okay as it helped us acclimatise to the heat!). It’s a little bit out of the centre, but worth it for a lovely pool and cheaper price.
