We stayed in Rome Times Hotel for 7 days , 6 nights while we were in Rome. Walked almost everywhere! Hotel was wonderful, clean, ,good breakfast , our floor was quiet, staff was very helpful and friendly. Hotel is very central right in the middle of Rome, we can walk everywhere and right around the corner lots of small restaurants for dinner, also lots of shops on the main street for shopping. This city is absolutely amazing and this hotel is a very nice choice to stay. Loved our vacation!!!

I would have liked more amenities like a small spa, so after walking around all day there was a place to relax. Maybe a slightly bigger gym. Otherwise there's really nothing i didnt like.

We absolutely loved this hotel and enjoyed our three-night stay at the Rome Times Hotel! The hotel was in a prime location and the staff warmly greeted us upon our arrival. Our rooms were ready slightly ahead of check-in time and they were in the annex, just a short walk up the street. An attendant kindly assisted us with our luggage and demonstrated how to use the entrance. Our rooms were next to each other, although the size difference was substantial. The corner room was smaller than the other, but both rooms were nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. The hotel restaurant was nice for our late-evening appetizers and drinks and early-morning, chilled glasses of prosecco. We even ordered pizza from room service one night, which was hot and delicious! This hotel was within walking distance to the Trevi Fountain, the Colosseum, many shopping establishments and public transportation. The hotel staff also assisted us with obtaining ticket reservations for the Vatican Museum, recommended restaurants and secured transportation to the airport. We went to the Nannarella restaurant that they recommended and it was truly a winner! We look forward to staying at the Rome Times Hotel when we return to Rome. We highly recommend it!

The staff were extremely friendly and the rooms were clean and modern. The breakfast that was included in our room price was great. Only negative is we didn’t have any hand soap so we bought our own.

Modern hotel, tastefully decorated and in walking distance to the main attractions. Friendly and efficient staff. We were travelling with a tween and a toddler who were well catered for and made to feel so welcome. Decent sized family room, and a small balcony with amazing views. The compact roof top terrace was an added bonus Great selection at breakfast with some variety each day. Lots of vegetarian options and we enjoyed trying all the little pastries. Our kids loved the 'kids corner' with lots of fun sized crackers, juice cartons and biscuits

We had an issue with slow drainage and a blocked sink but this was swiftly remedied

The location was PERFECT. Most of the breakfast was not to my personal taste. However, there was a selection of yoghurts and cereals, cold meats and cheese, hard boiled eggs and vegetables. There was also a choice of scrambled eggs (which were VERY moist), cubes of sausage and VERY greasy bacon. The juices were from concentrate so I did not have any of those. Sliced bread was provided for toasting but an artisan bread would have been very welcome. Plus points: coffees were made at the bar and brought to your table by friendly staff. Selection of pastries was very good and beautifully presented. You can pay an extra supplement for poached eggs etc and fresh orange juice, but I didn’t do this as I thought this should have been integral to the breakfast price I’d already paid.

I was not informed that the hotel was undergoing works being done to the exterior, so it was a shock to see scaffolding and netting covering the facade when the taxi dropped us off. We were three women travelling together and it was a huge shock the following morning when I pulled back the curtains to find two men looking at me. I reported this to the Receptionist but she did not think anything of this! No full length mirror in the room which I think is necessary. The room has ambient lighting and the area at the wardrobe is very dark so a light would be beneficial.

Staff were very warm and friendly and could not do enough to ensure that we enjoyed your stay. Breakfast were nice, fresh food and very tasty. We had cocktails at the bar one night and they were delicious. The room was clean and well presented, with plenty of storage and comfortable bed.

There were renovations happening, whilst they were mainly in the reception area, they were a little disruptive. But did not spoil our stay

Room was the perfect size with a bathroom and wardrobe with hangers included, didn't have any breakfast at the hotel but the restaurant / dining area always looked very clean and looked after. The location is perfect and is central for most places around Rome and if not a sort trip by taxi or uber

No much i can say i didn't like, i honestly loved every since second of the stay in the hotel during our short break. Whenever we needed help the staff was always ready to help you out and be accommodating.

The staff from reception, restaurant and housekeeping teams were all very lovely and helpful. The room was spacious and very clean with great amenities. The breakfast was very good with great choice of savoury and sweet options. The location was perfect, only 13 minutes walk to Trevi Fountain and they were so many nice restaurants and cafes only few minutes away from the hotel. We will definitely come back to this hotel during our next visit in Rome!

Nothing, everything was perfect.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable with good amenities. The staff were so kind and accomodating. The gentleman who helped us to our room initially was so kind and even remembered us in passing days later and gave a bright and friendly greeting. The location was great- about a 10 minute walk from the colosseum and pantheon with plenty of food options around.

If I was to be very picky the pillows are quite flat and could use an upgrade but otherwise it was perfect.

The location was great because it was within walking distance of almost every important site in Rome but also within a 15 minute walk from the train station.

Part of the building that the rooms are connected to is undergoing construction. Those doing construction are constantly yelling, slamming doors, and using power tools at odd hours of the evening. The hotel has received complaints about this (and know about it before guests check in) but claims they cannot do anything about it as the property being worked on is not part of the hotel.
