Warm welcome with complimentary coffee and cookies. The host even treated us to pie. There’s a spacious shared kitchen and lounge area with tables, plus a capsule coffee machine to make your own breakfast. Convenient location near a large supermarket and several restaurants. The staff were absolutely lovely.

The room felt quite small, just enough space for four beds and a small table.

Clean and tidy and a fairly close walk to the vatican and old Rome. Room was made up everyday and little bar fridge was handy for drinks and snacks

Hot water failed but was quickly remedied Shower was a good size but water pressure was barely a trickle Can get a decent amount of noise from neighbours in the adjoining apartments

If like us we just wanted a bed and shower this is the place for you. The apartment was in an excellent location close to most things or to old rome a 30min walk a lovely cheap pizza restaurant just round the corner excellent shops 2 blocks away the staff were lovely they arranged taxi pick up and departure and we could leave our cases there while we had a last walk round.also just so you know breakfast is 8.30 not 7 as we were told maybe a translation problem. Totally enjoyed my stay and will definitely book again when we return.

As it was so hot at night maybe a sheet change mid week would have been nice but that is all

Very difficult to access - we arrived late from a flight into Rome. Only way to identify it was the right apartment was the address number. No buzzer / bell. You must have the contact phone number to get hold of someone to get in

The location of the apartment is near the vatican, like a 15-minute walk, which it was very handy. The lady who attended us was lovely and helpful, and the building was in a good state. It was a good experience.

Unfortunately, the coffee machine was broken. The breakfast was a bit simple (a coffee and a croissant), and we had to go and grab it a block away from the place. S

We liked the fact that it was quiet, very clean, everything nearby and a great breakfast. We were welcomed and cared for exceptionally well. We had a great holiday and this was also thanks to the Rome Vatican Suite and Mary who is really a great person. She was so patient and caring with our son.

Only that we wished we had a balcony in our room instead of a window. There shouldn't be a door knob on the outside of the room door but you enter the room only with the key.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay is the Filipino staff name Mary Claire. She is very helpful and cheerful. She make sure that our trip in Italy is fun and safe. Overall, i’m going stay again in this Hotel and i will reccommend this to my friend. Thanks for making our visit to Vatican/Rome much better.

We waited at the airport for Airport pick-up transfer, but driver did not arrived. I called the property and end up cancelling the transfer and get the Airport Taxi instead, but no problem it was easy to get taxi in the airport, with queu but still manageable.

The personal is very kind and helpful. Whenever you ask or need something you receive it. After the check out we left our luggage at Rome Vatican Suite without any problem and we could enjoy our last day in Rome. The location was the best - nice neighborhood with a lot of bakeries and shops, restaurants, 10 min away from Vatican city, 5 min from Ottaviano metro station (3 stops away from the Spanish steps, 4 stops from Fontana di Trevi). The bed was comfortable. If we come back to Rome will definitely come back to Rome Vatican Suite. Thank you!

Fantastic location, easy to walk everywhere. Comfy beds, good facilities, friendly staff. 2 adults and 2 kids (12, 10) very happy with the family room. Refrigerator was handy to store drinks and sime snacks.

Perfect location to walk around Rome. The Vatican is a 5 minute walk. Once I parked my car, I didn't drive anywhere the whole time. Parking is on the street, but the price is reasonable.
