Pamela met us at the dock and proceeded to give us information about our room, the town and how best to get around. Her information was very helpful. She also gave us her phone number and encouraged us to reach out with any questions. When we asked for some help, she was very prompt and helpful with her answers. The rooms of this B&B are exceptional. They are beautiful with exceptional attention to detail to ensure a wonderful stay. The rooms are large and airy with a lovely bathroom and incredible view. Pamela leaves an amazing array of food for the stay including a daily delivered, freshly baked cake which she cooks herself. She happily makes gluten free cakes as well. Her cakes are the best I've tasted. This B&B far outshines any other B&B stay I've had!

This is a genuine review even though you might think it is fake because there is nothing to fault with this property. It totally exceeded our expectations and Pamela was the perfect hostess. Nothing was too much trouble and any queries or problems we had were solved by Pamela. The location was perfect - not far from the Sorrento restaurants and shopping area and not far from the dock and a short walk to the train station. If you need help with organising a tour then Pamela will also help with that. The variety of food that was provided to our room was outstanding and topped up every day. On top of that Pamela BAKES!!! Fresh cake every day. It's unbelievable. If you don't book this property you won't know understand how much you are missing out on when you stay at other properties. I can't think of anything Pamela could have improved on. This property is outstanding.

It was a very clean and spacious room and we were made to feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Lots of options for breakfast and also provided us some bottled water which was super helpful for our day excursions. One of the best places we have ever stayed! It was also peaceful and quiet so we could leave windows open and listen to the waves.

The only downside is because it is near the water, there are a lot of steps to take (or the lift which isn’t free) to get to city center. However, that wasn’t a deterrent for us. Knowing this I would absolutely stay there again if I were to return to Sorrento.

My husband and I recently stayed with Pamela for four nights. We had the most amazing time and enjoyed our stay immensely. Pamela is a wonderful hostess and exceeded our expectations with the exceptional cakes she baked for us daily and the breakfast provided. The location for us was ideal as everything we needed was right on our doorstep. The rooms are spacious and provide everything you could possibly need. Pamela helped us with anything with needed and provided us with all the information for our outings. I highly recommend Sorriento Suites to anyone holidaying in Sorrento. We certainly will return.

Pamela and Alessio made sure everything is perfect! Upon arrival she spent a lot of time orienting us to Sorrento and their apartment. The location is perfect! Quiet with the soothing sound of the ocean waves. Pamela made us the most delicious cakes! The apartment is well stocked with assortment of breakfast even lunch treats. Everything is clean. Bed is comfortable. The apartment is a good size. There’s only the 2 of us but can easily accommodate 4 people. We can’t say enough great things about this place! Home away from home! Super comfortable!

Everything is perfect! Nothing we did not like.

Pamela was the perfect host! She gave us valuable information about the property & surroundings, restaurants, tips for the ferry schedules and even cooked for us daily traditional pancakes (which were delicious!). The place is very clean, nice and has a wonderful view to the port. We had a full fridge and all sorts of cookies, fruits, juices and coffee - perfect to start the day with. Totally recommend this stay for Sorrento and as a base to visit the Amalfi coast and Capri.

Bare in mind that it’s an old building and it can be a little noisy regarding the movements inside the building. However, the rest of the packages that comes with this stay covers this little possible minus.

This property was absolutely fabulous and met all our needs. The location was perfect and our apartment was beautiful, clean and with very comfortable beds but the real gem was our host, Pamela. We’ve done a reasonable amount of travel but have never experienced such a thoughtful and helpful host. From the moment she met us at the docks to escort us to our rooms she gave us valuable information and nothing was too much trouble… to top it all she had fully stocked food, fruit, coffee etc and she cooked beautiful cakes daily for us! What a privilege to have stayed at this accommodation.

Nothing not to dislike… everything was fabulous!

The property was conveniently located near the ferry port which was ideal for day tripping. It was close to the beach clubs and the lift to take you up to the old town. The host Pamela was exceptional and very hospitable and made a cake everyday we were there. The property was clean modern with an Italian charm and would stay here again . Could not fault the property or the host. The was also an abundance of food choices that were provided by Pamela the host. - Cheese, cold meats, yogurt, fresh fruit, tomatoes bread, juice , milk.

Nothing everything was amazing

The host, who was lovely, met us nearby when we arrived and gave told us a bit about the history of the area. She showed us around the accommodation which was beautifully decorated with a lovely view out towards the harbour. She then showed us the breakfast area in the accommodation which was the best stocked I've ever seen. She had also backed 2 types of cakes which were delicious. We also had 2 different cakes on the 2nd day we were there. A lift up to the centre is close by and also close to the beach. I can't fault this place at all. We loved staying there and will go back for sure.

We loved everything about this property!! Our suite was spacious, beautiful & clean. The views from our suite & the marina activity were enjoyable to watch throughout the day & evening. Pam, our host was so gracious to meet us, help with our luggage & share all the details of the area & Sorrento, but her specialty was spoiling us daily with her delicious baked treats! We found ourselves excited each day to get back to our suite & see what Pam had made for us that day. Surriento Suites was a four-night stay for us to rest from an already long two weeks in Italy, see Pompeii & ferry out to Capri. We could not have asked for a better place to rest & enjoy this area. Great location to all the activities in Sorrento yet quiet & tucked away at the end of the Marina.

We cannot complain about anything regarding the suites, but the building can get busy at certain hours & be a bit noisier than expected if you are a light sleeper.
