We stayed for two nights (15–17 September) in room 101. The hotel was amazing — staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to assist us. The red room was spacious and beautifully arranged, with daily cleaning service. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, breakfast was excellent, and the location was ideal: only a 3-minute walk from the waterbus station, with quiet streets, a Coop supermarket around the corner, and several local restaurants offering delicious Italian food and desserts like homemade tiramisu.

There was really nothing we didn’t like about the property.

Do not book this hotel with Booking.com !!! They charge much more than booking directly with the hotel. I paid €626.40 for Two nights (1 adult and 2 children). But the hotel offers €220 /night for the exact same room. All included breakfast.

The hotel is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood — perfect for a morning walk when the streets are still calm. It’s within walking distance to the train and bus stations, and easily accessible to all districts depending on your preferences. It’s also just a two-minute walk to the Vaporetto station, so everything is very conveniently located. The beds and pillows were absolutely amazing — so comfortable! We actually liked the room even more than we expected from the photos. The breakfast was simple but nice, and I must highlight that the coffee was excellent! The staff were friendly and professional. We really enjoyed our stay and truly liked the hotel.

Liked its uniqueness, the boutique style hotel. With 24-hour reception, free breakfast and elevator. Most staff also spoke English.The location was great as it was in a little community with restaurants, bakery, pharmacy, mini grocery store, and a central open area for sitting, etc. It was away from busy areas, yet it was easy to access other areas by walking or the water bus.

Wish there were screens on the windows to keep mosquitos out. However we didn't see screens on any windows in the area.

The decoration of the hotel and room is pretty cute, the location too, is more quiet than other places closer to Rialto, fantastic breakfast, comfortable bed and they were nice to let us leave our luggage there after our checkout!

My husband is tall and the bathroom's ceiling is low, so it was difficult for him (lol)... besides that, it's a great room, even if it's a small one. It takes 15min walk to San Marco, but I had no problem with that.

Organization of breakfast can be much better, service of breakfast was bad - long waiting time for adding of missing food.

Great hotel, although our bathroom was extremely small for the price charged for the Suite. Just a very small cubicle shower and i mean small. Based in a quieter part of Venice which can be a god send to remove yourself from the chaos. In the middle of St Marks Square and Roma Piazza. Breakfast very basic but ok.

As above bathroom did not come up to standard of the Suite and rooms could be a little cleaner.

The hotel was small, quiet and in a great location. It was near excellent restaurants and bars and close to the train and bus station. The hotel was attractive and clean. The bedroom and bathroom, were a good size and cleaned daily. The staff were all pleasant, friendly and helpful. They were willing to answer questions about the area and transport.

The bar area could be more welcoming. The breakfast room was small, but the breakfast was adequate. Also, the unused towels don’t need to be changed every day.

From start to finish, this stay was amazing. What a great hotel and staff. Fantastic breakfast and a great location away from the really busy areas, but with lots of local restaurants to eat in. Definitely recommend this place.

Nothing to dislike.

Everything was perfect — the staff, the location — really great value for money. It's just one stop away from the central station. There’s a Coop and several other restaurants nearby. We also loved a local bakery in the area. They even have a barista serving fresh coffee in breakfast.

the Hotel is high in demand so we were not able to stay for another night. Nothing to complain really
