Would definately recomend to get the room with sea view - the balcony was amazing! I would definately return to this hotel. Lots of free parking spaces for the hotel guests. Location right next to the beach (pebble beach).

Breakfast variety could be better. Honestly this maybe was the only let down of the hotel. The hotel is right next to a railroad track. The trains are electric and make close to no sound. It was no problem for us and it did not disturb our sleep at all. Actually it was quite fun to wach the trains form the balcony.

The hotel is in a great location, surrounded by nature, near the sea and in a quiet and peaceful area. The facilities are great, clean and with everything you need. The staff is friendly and accommodating. We loved having parking included in the price of the stay. Breakfast offered a variety of sweet and savoury options, all very fresh and delicious. Coffee was also pretty good, which is not always the case when it comes from a machine. Overall, we are hoping to stay again the next time we pass through.

Unfortunately the walls or vents in our room carried the sound from the television next door. The people in the room were up until 2am and being able to hear their tv didn’t allow us to sleep properly.

A last minute road trip stop and in general it was great. We had a lovely welcome from Serena on the front desk and the deluxe room was large with a big balcony with a sea view. You do get the car park but ignore that as it's then the sea :) Shower was great and the bed comfortable. We really appreciated Serena's recommendation of the local restaurant La Caletta and had a delicious evening meal. Unfortunately we didn't get to use the sister beach club as it was closed for a few days. We walked to the beach but it is small and just hard stones so I'd recommend sticking with the pool. A great stop if you're travelling between Italy and the south of France.

We would have liked to be able to have a morning swim at the pool before leaving. On checking out we were asked if we'd had anything from the mini bar. We didn't realise it was a mini bar, just a fridge with a couple of bottles of water with no price so assumed they were being kept cool for us to take. Turns out there should have been a price list. They were gracious and waved the cost which we appreciated, but two bottles of water does not make a mini bar! And for a deluxe room we feel water should be included.

This is a beach hotel and any evidence of spa is not seen. It is much like a best western near the sea. The rooms are large and clean, as is the bathroom. There is no real bar, but good breakfast. The restaurant near the sea is nice, and not badly priced. I enjoyed my visit and swim in perfect water. If you are coming by bus… latte stop is just by tobacco… also a great place for lunch and food! When leaving use Rome to Rio app to get a bus back to station . It stops in front of the farmecia. 1.5 euros,. But ticket at tobacco . Enjoy!

No spa

Villa Eva Hotel & Beach has it ALL: a spectacular location; elegant finishing in rooms and corridors; great facilities (from the vast terraces in every room with the amazing views to the private pebble beach, pool area and elegant bar and restaurant) that make it impossible not to relax and, if only for a moment, forget about your worries (I did… And I would have thought it impossible!). And then there’s the staff: the finest, most professional and genuinely helpful people you’ll ever meet! We are so grateful to them… Grazie mille! Value for money? I still can’t believe we paid what we paid, got what we got… and all with a hearty and delicious breakfast, to boot! This place made the 3200 km (all round) drive from where we live worth every aching minute and every drop of fuel!

Clean, quiet hotel with a nice breakfast. Large room with a desk and chair as well as a sofa. Comfortable bed, plenty of space around the sink to set toiletries, fabulous shower with a large stall, good pressure, lots of hot water and a handy shelf for soap and shampoo. Fast wifi, easy parking. Nice to have air conditioning in October as some hotels turn it off after the summer. Short walk to several good restaurants and a large grocery store. Reasonable price compared with other area lodging. Serena at reception was very welcoming and helpful.

Everything was great. We will definitely stay again and highly recommend this property to other travelers.

Nice hotel on the Riviera dei Fiori, with very clean and biggish rooms, kind and helpful staff, and access to a private beach resort with an excellent restaurant for dinner or luncwith parking on site. The location and views are impressive.

Access to the hotel is through a narrow lane ... but that the Riviera dei Fiori for you.

Very comfortable room, Nice view from our balcony and the bathroom was Great. Breakfast is Nice with lots of products. The team was welcoming, especially the man who welcomed us very late when we arrived with our bicycles, completely exhausted 😊 I recommend this place !

The STAFF. They went out of their way to ensure that I was as taken care of including taxis, advice on how early to catch a train, bringing me an entire lemon to help with my cough and bringing the umbrella down on my chair so I would not get a sunburn. These things made all the difference!!!!

First morning going down for breakfast, 08;20 the scrambled egg was cold also the bacon, but otherwise coffee okay and the other choices on offer. Second day early 07;30 all hot and more enjoyable.. perhaps they could keep the choices hot throughout the breakfast hours.

nothing really.. backs on to a school and noisy when outside playing but eh...
