It's a beautiful hotel. Classy but not over the top. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was that it smells amazing throughout the hotel. Then I saw the White Tea Signature Line.

No microwave in the room. I'm sure most people love the beds but they're a little soft for me. A nice firm foam mattress would be great for all us people with back problems. I needed to buy 2 bottles of water. Was told by Front Desk that if there's none on the shelf in the cooler, then we out. Night crew should be as accommodating and helpful as the day crew.

The property was wonderful! The check in process was easy and the receptionist was very kind, orienting me to the hotel upon arrival. The room was very clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable and plush! I loved the view of Bridge St. from our room. The hotel is in a great location. Walk out access to shopping and lots of restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely book here again!

The hotel staff was very professional. Amanda done everything right, despite our name being listed in the system backwards. So, it took a moment to find our reservation, but she was very polite and patient. The hotel was extremely clean, and our room was newly renovated, so that was a nice perk. The room was well furnished, and had everything we needed. It was a nice quiet stay, and we will definitely be back.

The staff was super friendly, hotel is immaculate and beautiful. Amazing pool, hot tub, fitness room, views from our hotel room.

The breakfast buffet was not worth the price. $60 for 2 people and I barely ate anything. While we were there the cops chased someone through the lobby that had stolen something in the mall and used the hotel to get away from them. I was a bit confused on the since there is only 1 entrance that doesn't require a key for entry.

That I paid booking .com and it wasn’t going through and I was left to the side for like 45 minutes because they couldn’t figure it out and it also was taking off our card and we showed them. I was so upset then the girl that worked there was so clueless she asked to put another card on file and we said to charge us again and she said yes. After like an hour she got someone to help her and we finally got in. It’s $20 per person for breakfast our food was so bad at the restaurant we waited over an hour not a soul was there either but us and the food was so under cooked it had to be comped it just was a bad experience and we come to Huntsville once a month they lost good paying customers

I liked that upon entering the premise we were greeted by the front desk staff, they were friendly and quick to get us checked in. Advised us of locations to check out, and what the hours for the pool were. Beds were comfortable.

The shower and bath tub took between 10 and 15 minutes to get any hot water to them, so it made getting cleaned up a much longer process than necessary.

The food was delicious. The staff was kind and polite. The room was immaculately clean with a great view and the beds were some of the most comfortable that I have ever slept in. They were so good that I've been looking into buying the consumer version of the mattress.

Was difficult to get ahold of room service. When we got it the food was phenomenal but it was very difficult to get someone on the phone. Other than that there was nothing else that I could genuinely complain about.

The breakfast was extremely expensive for what you got and they were severely understaffed. It literally took the waitress 20 minutes to get us our coffee and water and another 30 minutes to get us our bill (by no fault of her own, she was running her tail off!) This place needs to just put out self serve coffee and drinks to ease the load on their wait staff a bit. It took 1 1/2 hours to get through breakfast and we ate in like 15 minutes. We spent so much time waiting and waiting

Check-in was great. The staff was very friendly and very informative.

The stay was great. They are renovating right now. It's not a bad thing, but it's a little noisy in the morning if you are trying to sleep in. Not a complaint for me because the rooms look great and to make them great they have to renovate.

The staff in bar and restaurant were exceptional. They helped accommodate a large comfortable area to visit. Special food requests were provided.

The shower I. Our room was difficult to operate. The cold water faucet in the sink was inoperable. However, we didn’t report it to the front desk.
