Beautiful stylish "fancy" hotel. Gorgeous spacious bathroom with rain shower and separate tub. Comfy beds. The location is perfect, right next to the beautiful Bridge Street Town Center outdoor shopping area. Plenty of walkable shops and restaurants. Same exit off 565 as the US Space and Rocket Center. Nice indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub. Cool bar and lounge area in the lobby. Looked like great gym facility if that's your thing. Staff were helpful and friendly.

It was pricey. Room service was ok but very slow and not worth the expense. Bathroom was huge but room was a little smallish. If you don't use the valet service at $22 per day, parking can be an issue. We had no issues with our room but friends who also stayed at the other side of the hotel (we were 244, they were 222) reported flickering lights, broken AC (both quickly repaired after a call to the front desk), and a shower that took 20 minutes to get hot water.

Great hotel! Really nice staff. Very very clean! Our first room’s air conditioner was acting funny and so we spoke with the front desk and they said they would send someone to come look at it. I’m not sure if they looked at it but when we got back from dinner it was still acting up. We went back to the front desk to ask them about it again and the young man (dark blonde hair) apologized and without us asking, offered us a new room. If you want a pretty view ask for the 4th floor or above on the Bridge Street side. We also really enjoyed being able to walk right out into Bridge Street. There are a bunch of cute shops, boutiques, restaurants, and even a movie theater in walking distance of the hotel. Although we didn’t use them, I thought it was really cool that they have an indoor and outdoor pool. I also thought it was neat they have a both a bath tub and a large shower in the room. It was one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever said in. Very comfortable and comfortable quiet. You have to use your room key to go up the elevator making it feel extra secure. The breakfast is not complimentary but it is very good. They offer a menu and a buffet. The buffet has a create your own omelette station with a cook ready to make one just for you. Our waitress Ana was great. All around a great experience. It made for an awesome weekend girls trip and we will be back!!

We often have a weekend getaway to this hotel about an hour from our home. We loved the area with all of the shopping and restaurants and usually go in warm weather to enjoy a day at the pool. The Westin is first class in everything in our opinion. We order room service for breakfast and it is always delicious. I highly recommend this hotel whether you go for leisure or travel. The location is excellent and there are plenty of wonderful restaurants and shopping within walking distance.

It's a beautiful hotel. Classy but not over the top. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was that it smells amazing throughout the hotel. Then I saw the White Tea Signature Line.

No microwave in the room. I'm sure most people love the beds but they're a little soft for me. A nice firm foam mattress would be great for all us people with back problems. I needed to buy 2 bottles of water. Was told by Front Desk that if there's none on the shelf in the cooler, then we out. Night crew should be as accommodating and helpful as the day crew.

Locations is amazing, the staff is extremely friendly, the food is delicious (not included but worth it) , facilities are modern.

The pool is mainly intended for kids, and it's quite small. Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy it because it was overcrowded with children. Additionally, our TV was not functioning, and it was never repaired. To make matters worse, the cleaning crew woke us up at 8:30 AM for no apparent reason.

We had a quiet cabana to sit by the pool at night, just to enjoy being together. There were multiple areas to sit inside and not be crowded, which was very nice. The front staff were so friendly and helpful. We travel a good bit, and that is not always the case with hotel staff. Westin is very close to excellent dining places. We love Connors! Thank you for a wonderful, and needed, quiet weekend!

The property was wonderful! The check in process was easy and the receptionist was very kind, orienting me to the hotel upon arrival. The room was very clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable and plush! I loved the view of Bridge St. from our room. The hotel is in a great location. Walk out access to shopping and lots of restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely book here again!

The hotel staff was very professional. Amanda done everything right, despite our name being listed in the system backwards. So, it took a moment to find our reservation, but she was very polite and patient. The hotel was extremely clean, and our room was newly renovated, so that was a nice perk. The room was well furnished, and had everything we needed. It was a nice quiet stay, and we will definitely be back.

The breakfast buffet was not worth the price. $60 for 2 people and I barely ate anything. While we were there the cops chased someone through the lobby that had stolen something in the mall and used the hotel to get away from them. I was a bit confused on the since there is only 1 entrance that doesn't require a key for entry.

I liked that upon entering the premise we were greeted by the front desk staff, they were friendly and quick to get us checked in. Advised us of locations to check out, and what the hours for the pool were. Beds were comfortable.

The shower and bath tub took between 10 and 15 minutes to get any hot water to them, so it made getting cleaned up a much longer process than necessary.
