Inexpensive, decent breakfast. Located near my grandparents and conveniently next door to an Enterprise. Nice little pool out back.

Rooms not sound proof, I could hear our neighbors like they were in our room. They needed to take the garbage out in the pool area for days. Hassled us about getting towels for the pool because we hadn’t returned ours, yet there was no pool towel bin. Exit door was very hard to get open if I used the stairs, had to kick it open.

This was a nice place. Loved the high ceilings in the rooms. The bed was very comfortable, and the AC was prompt. Staff very friendly and for the most part, quite helpful.

I didn't like that they don't unlock the gate for the pool until 9:00 AM... it's summertime, the sun is up by 7:30 AM and it's central Florida so that means it's HOT... even by 8:00 AM the sun was blazing and it was more than 85 degrees out. No clue why they open the pool so late, hopefully they can change this policy in the future. Even our pools in Michigan open by 8:00 AM in the summer..

I wish I had obtained the young lady's name that checked me in. I believe she mentioned it was her first night shift working usually was there during the day. She was an absolute sweetheart and made me feel comfortable right away and checked me in promptly.

While not utilizing the amenities, it appeared a bit lacking. Pictures always made to look like five stars, not a bad place just not all that.

I got in late but with a great rate. Staff on desk and in housekeeping could not have been more solicitous of my needs! Wifi is easy and zippy. The breakfast had warm eggs, sausage, and make-own waffles. Sundries has frozen foods and drinks if you don't want to order or are in late like I was, but there are tons of restaurants and shops. You might hear some traffic for that reason, but I slept fine in comfy, clean bed. It's a small and basic business hotel but feels a bit nicer--especially with such great staff!!! I think maybe lower reviews are older reviews. Now, they keep it clean, have made upgrades (like hard rather than carpet floors), and really care about making your stay great, which mine was!!!!

I did end up paying the whole rate for a short stay getting in after midnight. Yet that's all hotels. I wish they'd give more time on the back end if you come in late!

Quiet room, The spa tub was amazing, comfortable bed, large room and bathroom, great customer service from Ram in the morning shift. Ram 2nd shift and Albert night audit. Breakfast was good. Walking distance for food. The whole trip was great.

No hairdryer but not a deal breaker,wifi could have been a little better.

Great spot to be and walking distance to popular restaurants and a Walmart

The bathroom sink took long to drain, walls are thin and can hear people in their rooms

The next morning there were police and firefighters outside not sure what happened but it was very questionable i think someone died

Patrick was very helpful, professional, and polite!!! The jacuzzi tub inside of the room I enjoyed.

The stopper to the jacuzzi room was broken and rusted. (Patrick replaced it with a new plug in one) and I had to use a glove to help stop up the tub…however, I feel for $711 for the room I paid for, everything should have been double checked and right before I got there. There was a smell on the room and we had to go buy air fresheners and spray to get rid of it. The lamps were rusted and again for the price and me looking to be in a king jacuzzi suite, it should’ve been more spacious, tidy, and up to date because it wasn’t!!! Only thing up to date was the mirror in the bathroom with the led light!! That’s it!

I left my tablet in the room. The manager contacted me and mailed it back to my house. Very, very kind and professional.

The only issue is that during the morning breakfast, the breakfast bar kept running out of items. When I dared to ask, the attendant was very, very rude. I ended up not eating.
