We booked a Queen room as we have a queen bed at home but this felt smaller than what we have at home and it was rather worn out so it tended to roll you into the middle while sleeping. The coffee pot kinda worked. After making a cup Saturday morning, it would not work again until Sunday. There is a table that rolls out from under the desk and two of its legs were very loose so that you thought it might fall apart There is no parking lot so you park on the side street. $25 (?) per day and if there is no room you’re S. O. L. and have to find parking that you will pay for at the time you find it

The front desk staff was amazing and very accommodating to all of guest needs

Housekeeping attempted to enter the room before the check out time and did not announce themselves before trying to enter and only other thing was due to construction the parking situation

Staff was very courteous and friendly! Rooms were comfortable size for our group of 4 people . Beds were comfy and room clean!

We were there for the Pink concert and needed to park in public parking lot , felt they should’ve provided a discount code for their guest, special event parking cost $42. Don’t recall seeing that anywhere on the site, information stated there were public lots for $25

The Staff is always on point and so polite. The beds are comfy and the pillows are amazing. Usually hotel pillows are stiff and uncomfortable these are huge and squishy so you can mold them. I will stay here again and again.

I don't like that breakfast isn't included in the price. I feel like for the price they should include breakfast. Not a deal breaker though

a number of minor but annoying issues. no closet in the room for hanging clothing the toilet was somewhat loose and rocked no tissues in the tissue holder breakfast was at best not warm but mostly cool and of little taste (worst sausage gravy I’ve ever eaten. at least I hope it was sausage gravy). never found an ice maker that had ice in the 3 nights we were there booked through Bookings(dot)com as 4 per room and had towels for two

I loved the area and itself very clean and staff were exceptional!!

I didn't like that the room I got was right next to the pool and alot of noise was going on, the rooms are nice and clean but let to much noise from pool n hallway in. Being I had to leave early next morning I didn't get much sleep!!

The hotel had a shuttle which was wonderful for the games and sight seeing. 99.9% of staff was wonderful. All were so nice except for the lady upon check out. Wish I had gotten her name. She could learn alot from her co-workers.

The staff was wonderful all except for one lady upon checkout. She was not friendly at all and stated she would send a receipt through email. Still waiting on that! You could tell she would have liked to have been any where else than at her job.

Location to the Dome was fantastic. Walkng distance. Decent pool. Friendly staff. Decent breakfast. Shuttle available. Kid friendly hotel.

Beds needed to be updated. Slept pretty rough. We had a king room and only one heater ran making one side of the room way cooler than the other. Half of us froze while half of us were hot. Make sure u check your reservations...we were told ours did not include breakfast when our booking.com reservation clearly said we did. We did find a severely rotten apple in our room..yuck

The location was perfect! The room was amazing! We loved the hotel!!! The staff was super friendly and kind about everything!

They only had one working elevator but other than that, this hotel was awesome!
