Location was very convenient, right next to the convention center. Unfortunately for our event the closest entrance wasn't open most of the time, so we had to walk about a block to the main entrance, but it was still very convenient. Self service laundry worked well for $2 per load for washing and $2 per load for drying. In room fridge and microwave were helpful for self-catering.

There were a few small repairs needed, but overall the room was comfortable and met our needs. Restaurant was being remodeled, so no on-site breakfast option was available (we ate in our room though). In room fridge didn't have a freezer, so we had to eat our ice cream right away.

We booked a Queen room as we have a queen bed at home but this felt smaller than what we have at home and it was rather worn out so it tended to roll you into the middle while sleeping. The coffee pot kinda worked. After making a cup Saturday morning, it would not work again until Sunday. There is a table that rolls out from under the desk and two of its legs were very loose so that you thought it might fall apart There is no parking lot so you park on the side street. $25 (?) per day and if there is no room you’re S. O. L. and have to find parking that you will pay for at the time you find it

Booking messed up the dates on my stay. The lady that checked me in was the manager was amazing. She helped me out and made sure I could get a room and was the nicest kind sweet lady. I couldn't of asked for more after a long day of driving and just didn't want to go anywhere else. And she made it possible for me. I can't thank her enough for that.I would differently come back because of her.

Front staff was friendly, helpful. Our room and the hotel was clean. Close to attractions.

Ice machines on floors 2 and 3 were disconnected. Pool was closed for repairs. Never saw any signs of a repair person. One elevator was out of service the entire three days we were there and before. Not enough parking near hotel. No continental breakfast. Free coffee was good.

Did not like the service at all Am sorry I had the wrong hotel we went to Hampton in and they raised the room prices when we got there so we booked from you all and we in enjoy it

The parking lanes was to small for the SUV’s they are bigger now 🤷🏾‍♀️

The front desk staff was amazing and very accommodating to all of guest needs

Housekeeping attempted to enter the room before the check out time and did not announce themselves before trying to enter and only other thing was due to construction the parking situation

It was very close to the venue of my meetings. I did not eat breakfast.

The aircon did not turn off, so I had to keep adjusting it to either cold or hot. Please install a turn off feature to allow the customer to turn it on or off.

Staff was very courteous and friendly! Rooms were comfortable size for our group of 4 people . Beds were comfy and room clean!

We were there for the Pink concert and needed to park in public parking lot , felt they should’ve provided a discount code for their guest, special event parking cost $42. Don’t recall seeing that anywhere on the site, information stated there were public lots for $25

The Staff is always on point and so polite. The beds are comfy and the pillows are amazing. Usually hotel pillows are stiff and uncomfortable these are huge and squishy so you can mold them. I will stay here again and again.

I don't like that breakfast isn't included in the price. I feel like for the price they should include breakfast. Not a deal breaker though

Room was nice and there were large open areas. It was also close to restaurants and bars. Check in and check out were quick and easy.

The hotel was bought out and being renovated so there was no restaurant or breakfast. The parking was awful and the swimming pool was ice cold.
