I really enjoyed my stay! Great location – very close to the airport and Target. The free shuttle service to and from the airport was super convenient. Despite being near the airport, the room was very quiet – I could hardly hear any noise. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean, and the room was comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

The only small downside was that the pool was temporarily out of service, which was a bit disappointing. Also, I had to wait a little longer than expected for the airport shuttle. However, overall, it didn’t affect my positive impression of the stay.

Excellent shuttle service to / from O'hare Airport. Desk staff extremely helpful. Wonderful room. Good selection of restaurants w/in easy walking distance. ----oh, and I liked the conveyor toaster in the breakfast room.

Poor selection of snacks in lobby area----also location of snacks cannot be accessed w/o triggering door opening to outside. No raisin bran cereal in breakfast room. No newspapers or book selection. TV cable service programming occasionally froze---also no HBO movie selection.

Jeff was very helpful. He went out of his way to make sure my family was taken care of. Rooms weren't ready but he made sure they were next to each other. He was helpful in hiding the ice cream cake. He helped make the check in experience great.

Couldn't find the reservation. It wasn't their fault. It was the way it was entered into the system. Rooms weren't ready Hallway needs carpet replaced.

If you are going to an event at the All state Arena this is the place to stay as it is just a few minutes to walk there. The location is quiet with free shuttle service from the airport and lots of eating choices just across from the property. The room was so clean and spacious and the curtains completely close over the windows making for a fantastic night sleep along with the very comfy bed. The complimentary breakfast offered plenty of choices. Last but not least, the staff are all so friendly and helpful and kind! Can't wait for the next trip so I can stay here again!

This property is STEPS from Allstate Arena!! E we walked through a well lit parking lot to get back to the hotel after our concert. There is a Target, numerous restaurants and other shopping options right around the corner from the hotel. It is a VERY safe area. The breakfast was terrific! Hot and fresh and many options.

The microwave in the room didn’t work and neither did any of the outlets in the kitchen. But they finally compensated me so that was nice.

Nice and clean property...Large, cozy room with all amenities, located close to the airport. Their all day airport shuttle is a very good facility and reduced much of our travel stress..... Breakfast had adequate options and was complementary. The kitchenette had all the required things to cook a decent meal.

The size of our room was nice, and I felt it was very clean and had plenty of supplies (hygiene products, dishes in the kitchen, coffee and tea). I also thought the breakfast offerings were a great variety. All staff were very friendly.

The entrance door in my room (150) scraped against the floor making it stick open when entering or exiting. I also didn't expect to pay for parking, though I could've missed that detail when booking which would be on me.

Super close to Target in case we forgot anything. Conveniently close to Allstate arena, which made it easier to not find and/or pay for parking. Staff was friendly and hotel was located in a good spot.

I didn't like that the parking wasn't pre paid at the time of booking but that's ok. It was cheaper than the parking at Allstate arena so that is a bonus. Other than that everything was fine!

This was my first time staying here. The staff were very accommodating. My room was frequently cleaned & I felt very much at home here. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

There wasn't a thing that I didn't like. The parking per day did catch me by suprise, though.

Front desk staff was really helpful, and the hotel was really close to everything that we wanted to see and do. The hotel was surrounded by a lot of places to eat, and they were within walking distance.

The furniture in the room could use a good cleaning, especially the pillows on the couch they had stains on them as well as the couch.
