All the staff we interacted with were very nice and pleasant. I was sad the jacuzzi was under repair But the pool was nice. The breakfast buffet was good but way too crowed so i ate there only once. We were going to the convention center for a venue so the location was perfect…. Right across the steet!

The property is abit dated so the front door was sometimes difficult to open and the plumbing fixtures were also worn and had snall issues but overall a great stay for us… the battery in the smoke akarm started beeping to indicate a liw battery and maintence had it replaced in a matter of minutes after i reported it.

I don’t like that they speak English very quickly with people who don’t speak English very well

forget my medicine it’s very important and Expensive I tried to mint time the told us we will back to you and we were wating for information saw and I was so sad I called today and they said we thought it a way that’s is saw pad and it not respected

The bathroom was nice and spacious. the kitchen was nice. The bed was firm not too hard.

I didn't like that there was no spatular. There was only 2 forks, 2 spoons and 4 butter knives. The pots and pans were horrible, everything stuck and burned in them. The pillows were horrible, not comfortable at all. The floors are very creaky, far as the ceiling, because the people above us were walking and you could hear very well.

The Breakfast was good each day we were there. The Staff was always helpful whenever we needed them, and checking-in and out was quick and simple. An internet-enabled TV as also a nice plus. Not much to complain about.

While it's clear the main building is updated, they could do some more to update the rooms. While it had a modern TV and we had no problem with the WiFi on site, the rooms looked a little dated. They reminded me of a house from the early 90's.

Absolutely love the set up, location and price.

Outdated furniture and only 1 out of 3 outside grills available...ON CHRISTMAS; therefore, I had to get up early(first come, first serve) and it was dirty. After numerous requests for cleaning, I Finally got what I needed to CLEAN IT MYSELF......

Peaceful and quiet. A very cozy environment.

At night there are people sleeping in their cars in the parking lot- but even they are respectful. So overall I there isn’t much you can say that’s negative about this place.

The bed was a little worn out the pillows were flat the hot water did not get hot at all it was freezing cold. Housekeeping could do a better job there was used dental floss underneath the sink on the carpet they were used Q-tips and my utensils were not clean

Everything was great my kids loved it the staff was great Angie and Harry at the front desk when I checked in an out was wonderful friendly greeted everyone with respect we will return soon

Nothing everything was perfect

The price was acceptable, was greeted with a smile and with a map to locate room faster and easier.

Requested new towels never received them. 1st bedroom restroom outlet wall plug wasn’t working I had to set up the blow dryer else where.

Clean and friendly staff that made you feel like you were at home away from home. Everything I wanted and needed was provided.

Not much I could say that’s was bad- it really is a great place to stay!!
