Absolutely loved the location and the security during the night

The hotel was fantastic, but the day of check in I was informed my larger room was no longer available and I had to get a smaller room. The aggravation was that the room I booked and paid for was approximately $150 more than the room I was moved to. The room I stayed was clean and nice , but it’s unfortunate I lost essentially $150 over the ordeal.

Property was very convenient to the expo center

When we booked on booking.com the reservation included breakfast and the Hilton did not want to give breakfast tickets to us because they said, even though our booking said breakfast included, that was not the case.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Shuttle bus was great for the volleyball event and airport.

The breakfast buffet was not great. The premade food in the chaffing dishes were bad but the freshly made items were great. The french toast and omelets were yummy.

I loved the staff, who were not only extremely helpful, they were very nice to us. Anything we needed or wanted they made sure we were taken care of. The hotel manager, Mickel, was awesome and super friendly. Also the hotel shuttle to the expo center was an amazing service that we did not expect, but it made our travel to the tournaments so much easier. Our room was very spacious and well laid out.

The only complaint I had was the breakfast, while it was good, I thought that $16.00 was steep. The dinner was very good and priced more reasonably.

The buffet breakfast was very good and worth the added cost - lots of selection, from full (eggs/bacon/sausage) to lighter (fruit/yogurt/juice/cereal. The on-site restaurant was also excellent and very convenient. Beyond that, the staff was superb - from the front desk to the restaurant/bar - very friendly and accommodating.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel as a whole was nice. Loved having the shuttle to run us to Freedom Hall!

The room could’ve been cleaner and a little more updated (I know there are renovations being done). There was a stain on the ottoman.

kitchen and bar staff was excellent. Hilton needs to give these people a raise, they are the reason people keep staying in your hotel/inn. Hilton makes more than enough to give those employees substantial raises.

could have been more parking but the entire rear of the hotel parking lot was filled with golf carts. Not much room for paying customers. expand the parking.

It was located in the perfect spot. Everywhere I had to go was a very short drive. The staff were excellent! They all were very kind and curtious about anything I ask about. The room was very cozy! Will definitely stay again!

They didn’t accept credit or cash for check-in.

The Digital key and check-in via App worked flawlessly. The staff were very professional and friendly, and the restaurant was great. Zero complaints. Plenty of parking.

The staff was super friendly and attentive. It was a basketball tournament at the expo center right next to it. They were packed but still moved with so much grace and patience
