Great location, pleasant and helpful front desk staff

On our second morning at breakfast our waiter was rude & slow, and our food was cold. The outcome almost appeared intentional, and it soured our experience for our stay. If your waiters don't want to serve your guests, then don't put them out front dealing with the customers. Eventually we asked other wait staff to help us because our original waiter never came back to our table--until he brought us the check with a smile on his face. This one guy probably cost Jacquard our repeat business, especially given the high costs.

Loved the location—very clean and in a great area. The rooms are a good size and well-equipped with everything you need. The service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff. The food was good, and the overall vibe had great energy.

The location was great and the hotel was very nice. The room was spacious! Also, Paul was super helpful and gave us great recommendations.

We got an upgraded room with a better view. However, the window next to our bed looked over another building. The view to the mountains was only admired if you were standing in the hall of the room, which was separated from the rest of the room by a wall. One of the cleaning ladies must have cut her hand because when the bed was made two days before our check-out there were blood stains in one pillow cover and in the duvet and the sheets were never changed.

They almost couldn't find our reservation if another woman more experienced didn't walk a less experienced how to find a "bookings" reservation - we would have had issues. The pool bar had closed for the season, and they wouldn't bring up beverages or food to the rooftop. We had to make two trips - rooftop service would have made our stay perfect. Last day, there was construction which was noisy at lunch

location was excellent. you could easily walk to multiple restaurants and bars in cherry creek. from our sixth floor we had a beautiful view of the mountains after looking beyond the parking decks, the cherry creek mall and other clusters of buildings. LOL

the bathroom was a bit odd. the main door to the bathroom was a heavy glass barn door type , and amazingly heavy. it was awkward to open as the “handle” was just a depressed circle. inside the bathroom was a shower stall and toilet placed side by side and all encased in clear glass, both with saloon style swinging entrance door.

The hotel is in a convenient location in North Cherry Creek and all Cherry Creek restaurants, stores, and bars are within walking distance. Parking garage provided added security for my car. The hotel staff provided excellent service from check-in to check-out. The restaurant in the hotel had both excellent service and delicious food. I highly recommend the restaurant even if you are not staying at the hotel.

Great location, very good restaurant

Did not like the $30/day charge for extra purchases on the facility and the high parking charge. TV did not work properly the whole stay - service helped for about 12 hours. Cable was broken on weight machine in work out room.

The bed was very comfortable. Valet and front desk were always attentive and friendly.

No hooks/hangars for towels. Why on earth was the toilet put in front of the window in the bathroom? Had to keep the shade down for privacy. And yes you can see in the window from the street. Made the bathroom cave like and dark.

Front desk Manager Zach help me recover the I pad I left in the room. In the service and hospitality business employees like Zach that can resolve customers issues issues and followed through are invaluable. I am very appreciative for his help.

The lost and found process was not helpful and I did not get a response. This issue was ultimately resolved by Zach that cared enough to track down my left item and get it sent back to me.

Nice location, modern rooms and amazing pool area! Perfect stay!

Maybe need a few more sun loungers around the pool but other than that great! Just check re the resort fee… they forgot to take it off the bill but all resolved over email :)
