Clean and functional. Room was spacious and comfortable. Temperature controls worked well. Wi-Fi was strong. Solid quick breakfast with typical carbs, juices, coffee, etc. Very friendly front desk personnel at night and in the morning. Hotel shuttle cost extra but it was priced right and service was excellent. Lots of fast food, sit down restaurants, and a grocery store within a couple blocks. Courtyard in the back is quiet with a few chairs under a covered area and a basketball court.

It shows its age - just go in understanding that this is a budget hotel. In our room the air conditioning unit blew DIRECTLY at the pillows of the bed closest to it. Turning off the unit was not an option so I had to build a pillow barricade on the bed to keep from getting blasted all night. I guess I could have slept in the other direction. As with many hotel AC wall units this one did smell a bit funky - I think the filters needed to be cleaned.

The beds were comfy. It was pretty quiet. The rooms were clean. Staff was VERY accommodating. The pool area was clean. Great price, tucked away but close to parks, restaurants, attractions.

Upstairs continuously stayed hot in the hallways. The ice machine did not work upstairs. The hallway I was in seems like, at the beginning of the hallway, there are a few families living there. They cooked each night. The strong smells of spices filled the hallway and even filled our room (many doors down). The carpet in the rooms was old. The room was hot as it was a vaulted ceiling. Had to bump up the air.

The free breakfast was ok, but for the amount of people it was serving, it should have had bigger equipment to handle the crowd. Also only 1 person managing food, who was on the edge and very short when telling her what was needed, and having trouble keeping up with demand. Really need 2 waffle makers, had to wait too long for everyone to get something. Another issue was waiting more than 5 minutes for 1 desk clerk to handle check in and check out, really need more staff on weekends

The towels were seriously the softest towels ever!!! As a solo female traveler I liked how safe it felt and the location was perfect distance to all of thing I needed and places I wanted to visit. The toilet in the room may need a new seal it would run for a very long time but after a few times of wiggling the handle it stopped and breakfast was great I didn't try the apple cinnamon waffles but they sounded and smelled amazing and I loved that they had cartoons on TV for breakfast it was a very positive start to the day

Nice place. Breakfast was pretty good. We were close to the expressway and were about 20 minutes from everything we visited. We were recommended the restaurant next door (Brann's?) and liked it. Also got a discount. Employees were nice.

Everything was pretty good. Shower/bathtub could have benefited from a grab bar or something to hold on to. Few complaints.

The staff at the front desk is super kind and helpful, the rooms are very clean, the pool has an *actual* deep end unlike most that are only 5ft deep. All around wonderful stay, will be coming back here next time I’m in town!

There was absolutely NOTHING I didn’t like at this property. Literally the only “issue” I had was when my key for my room didn’t work, and that was my fault bc I put it in my purse by my phone lol. The lovely lady at the desk got it fixed right away.

Super sweet staff, awesome staff in breakfast for working her butt off to make sure everything stayed stocked up the kids loved the pool as well and it was 9ft deep in the deep so they definitely loved that of going down to the bottom and coming back up and the location was perfect as well thank you again 💕

The staff was very friendly and caring! Both ladies (front desk, blonde maam with glasses) and the lovely lady who made the delicious breakfast! Yes the place may not be the most fancy but the service makes it a 10/10.. and there's a basketball court; they provide balls! A 9 feet deep pool! 👌🏽

Amazing value for the price. The room was a good size and clean. Friendly staff, nice pool, and a decent selection for breakfast. There is also an online option for check in which is so nice if you’re getting in late and want to get right to your room. Would recommend to anyone planning a trip to GR!

Room, breakfast and bed, very accommodating. I was traveling with a cat and even though they do not accept animals, they accepting us due to the circumstances with our plane being diverted to their city.
