Location nice and near the city and near to the place I was visiting underground arts centre for a show. The room was nice but see below for the cons. The bed was comfy and it was quiet. For once in a hotel the lift was quick and easy to call no queues.

The room had the curtains shut, as usual the single traveller always gets the bad room facing a wall so no natural light (room 512). The breakfast was not really what I would call full breakfast and the other guests seemed to swoop on what was there it was a bit messy but all in all It was clean and okay for what I needed.

The air conditioning unit really needed cleaned. The shower should have a grab bar in it because if you held the door bar, the door opened, and water got on the floor. But it was a nice room, bed clean and comfy, and we enjoyed the stay. Breakfast should have had the eggs kept hotter, but they were good. Coffee machine is excellent because you can choose strength you want. All in all, we would stay there again if we ever came back to Philly. We would give it a good rating. All personnel were very nice.

Needs a grab bar in the shower. Eggs should be kept hotter. Clean the air conditioners all the time, they get full of dust and dirt.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights there's a free breakfast which is excellent and its walking distance from center city Philadelphia ít awesome... The staff was awesome too... I don't ask people their names anymore but its in the little things people do that you remember... The lady that check me in was cheerful and memorable... I complimented her service and she said "because I'm from New York" which made me laugh... Thank you Best Western

The room itself was very clean and spacious, with lots of amenities. I used the TV and the ironing board. The bathroom had great supplies. The staff was welcoming. The offerings at breakfast in the morning were ample and enjoyable. I also appreciated the extra security of locking the doors to the outside at night.

The tea/coffee maker in the room had only one tea item. The rest were coffee, and I could have used one more. That is very minor. This stay in Philadelphia was very last-second, but I had actually stayed in this hotel at least twice before, so I walked up to the hotel from the SEPTA station at 12th St. When I got there, I was told that although they had a room, they could not book me as a walk in, so I had to use a third-party website. The ultimate price was more than I really wanted to pay, but at that point I thought that since I knew the property, I would simply book the room.

The room was clean, it was near a hub (City Hall), free hot & cold breakfast was a plus, there was a gym, each room had a fridge/freezer, cleaning was frequent, front desk was patient, and everyone was knowledgeable about the area. For a budget hotel, there were a surprising amount of amenities.

It was still a budget hotel. Equipment was dated (old TVs, not enough outlets, furniture was bulky, lobby microwave was weak), the space was cramped (a nearly non-existent closet, bathroom lacked shelves), view was dismal (brick wall), the location was seedy (between construction zones, a freeway, and a dimly lit parking lot), the food was sometimes a miss (scrambled eggs were always pudding, fresh fruit had freezer burn), and hot water took 5 minutes to heat (leave the shower on before entering). Also not enough bathmats (the shower door leaks) and the entry door peepholes were painted over.

I liked the security with the door , and you had to use the key card to enter the hotel. My room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. I didn't go to breakfast. Therefore, I can not comment on that, but overall, it's a great stay. Parking was fine. There is a parking lot right around the corner that you use a QR to pay. It's probably a three minute walk from the hotel.

Amazing location with a beautiful view of downtown. Exceptionally comfortable beds. And overall very clean room. Booked early so definitely worth the value.

The bathroom was clean for the most part, just some slight streaks reminiscent of prior guests. Breakfast leaves more to be desired. Wasn't expecting anything special but cooked proteins severely overcooked every day I was there. Not much selection.

Hotel was located on a main road in Philly. It was easy to find, secure, clean, and the check-in was quick and easy - the two men who helped were personable and professional. The room was spotless and quiet. The continental breakfast was fine - a little bonus for staying overnight. Parking was directly across the street. Would stay there again if visiting the area.

Comfortable accommodation with friendly staff in a quiet location. Room facilities a bit older, but everything clean and functional. Public transport within walking distance. Relatively close to the center. Breakfast was good.

The windows in the room couldn't be opened (they were locked) and we couldn't air out the room.

The reception staff were very nice But the room wasn't ready for our check in think that's poor when theve 4 hours to prep the rooms ...but didn't complain overall great..
