The staff was phenomenal and went above and beyond. We were able to check in early despite a severe weather threat, and even though the ice machine was not working on our floor, the front desk helped us to get ice from the kitchen the following day for a soccer tournament. Watching the planes come in the through the window of our room was a fun experience and my 10 year old enjoyed that, and the hotel was well insulated enough that the noise never bothered us. The hotel itself was clean and well kept. We actually had enough towels in the bathroom for all of us for a multi-day stay, which never happens, and this is the first hotel I've stayed in that included a non-slip bath mat in the bathroom!

The water pressure in the shower wasn't great and throughout the shower would randomly lower even more then go back to normal, and the water did not really get hot. I can't complain too much though because the hotel is attached to an airport, so there were probably tons of showers going on at the same time!

Conveniently located less than 10-15 minutes from the airport. Clean hotel, staff were nice and friendly. The shuttle takes you directly to the airport free of charge. We left our vehicle for 20 days in the parking lot at the hotel while we were out of the country in France, London, Spain, Portugal, and Azores and when, we returned waited at T3 at the airport, and they picked us up from our return flight and took us to our vehicle. Would definitely stay here again. Great stay!

There was some confusion on parking pricing for extended stays. We were told $3 and the next morning someone else said $15 and for that price we could park at the airport. But they honored the first quote and we appreciated that.

Spacious room (I had a King Suite); great lighting and charging options in the room; room was visually appealing.

In the room, the bathroom needs more hooks and rails to hang towels and the microwave and refrigerator can use an update. Regarding the hotel, I didn’t like that there was a door that cut you off from the elevator at a certain time. You needed your room key to open the sliding door. If you have guests, it’s not convenient to come down each time so they can get in the elevator.

Good location. Clean and comfortable. AC worked well. Great water pressure. Nice breakfast that was ready on time. Close to airport - 10 minute drive to rental car return. Safe area and amenities close by. Right at final approach path to airplanes so you can see them coming in to land (which I like).

You can barely hear jets coming in to land after sunrise but it doesn't bother me - maybe if you are hyper sensitive it might be a problem. Definitely not a deal breaker in my opinion. I heard nothing during sleeping hours.

Price very good for quality, the room was large, clean and spacious as well as the bathroom. The room had access to coffee, air conditioning, hair dryer, iron, towels, cosmetics, all the necessary things. And breakfast included. A big plus for the different plugs and types of USB ports for charging. Despite the location at the airport, it was not very loud.

I had a very long trip, after checking in there was no water in the hotel room, it was also not available for purchase in the vending machine, it was problematic for me

I enjoyed everything about the facility as far as cleanliness, comfort and being well equipped during pur stay. Can't rate the free breakfast because our hectic schedule did not allow us time for breakfast.

My only negative concern is that the view from the window in Rm 204 "realy sucks" ... you are looking out at the HAVC Equipment sitting window high on top of the entire first floor...uuughh. So we just keep our translucent window shade drawn the entire time of our stay.

This was one of the cleanest properties I have ever been to and I stay at extremely nice resorts. It had that clean smell, but not a chemical smell just refreshing. The room was nicer than I could’ve imagined with a extremely comfortable bed a full couch and beautiful shower in a lovely location. I wish I could give this 20 stars will be returning.

I have nothing negative to say about this place other than I wish it was in my hometown :)

Rooms were simple but spacious, with decent aircon. Beds in were really comfy. Everything we needed for a quick stay and decent sleep after arriving late from the nearby airport. Breakfast was a buffet with a fair selection. Toast with butter, cream cheese or jam, make your own waffles, cereal, muffins and some hot foods like scrambled egg and sausages. Also snacks available to buy, including ready meals that can be microwaved in your room if you arrive late and need a meal. There was a small swimming pool and loungers by the car park but we didn't get to use it as we only stayed one night, but sure it would be nice in the hot weather.

The facility was very beautiful and the staff was very friendly. I did run into an issue that's only being mentioned to compliment how willing they were to take care of whatever I needed with no hesitation. Maria at the front desk was soo nice . Definitely will be my stop and stay hotel whenever I'm back home to visit.

The tubs hadn't been replaced yet so the drain fixtures weren't good. However after speaking with the really nice and friendly staff/manager , she assured me it was on the list to happen soon . Because of their willingness to accommodate me I don't even view this as a con moreso as room to grow.

Room (212) was well appointed, clean, and only a tad noisy. No bathtub drain cover :-(. Breakfast had all the expected standards (& I appreciated low-cal syrup). A good choice

Juggled several airport hotels based on AIRPORT SHUTTLE @ 9p.m. Waited 35 min. (was expecting maybe 15 & would have taken H Inn instead if it had happened along sooner!) but both night driver ard day shuttle driver were affable & appreciated (the morning driver helped us fashion a garbage bag in to rain cover!) Front desk gal was pleasant but would have preferred 'efficient' as the line of those of us waiting to get a room and get to BED grew long.
