It was clean. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was normal for a continental breakfast waffles, yogurt, cereal, toast, bagels, eggs, sausage, coffee, juice, apples. It was 5 minutes from the hospital our friend was at. The area was safe. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Only negative was someone was running in the hallway at 2 AM talking very loudly. Not the hotels fault just rude inconsiderate guests. We would for sure stay again.

Breakfast food ran out and no one replaced it . I seen people come before 10:00 and had to leave because the food was gone. I wanted to get more, but could not because everything was gone 😕 someone should be monitoring that and replace as needed. And there was a staff member in that area at the time.

I like the setup of the room as well as the cleanliness. Thermostat worked really well. Room was spacious and had enough storage for clothes etc. Housekeeping was very accommodating. I like that coffee was served 24 hours and that the breakfast was a hot one and that there was more than enough hours to get breakfast.

That they only had apple as fruit. Was looking for more of a varietyZ

It was nice so comfortable that I could barely get anything done from being so comfortable this place is too comfortable and well kept and the staff will cater to you I have no complaints and nothing bad to say about this place it was well kept and clean no problems

Good location, quiet, only 15 rooms occupied due to pipe break and no hot water first night. Breakfast first two mornings was great.

Sysco didn't show up with breakfast food Wednesday and Thursday morning, no fault of Comfort Inn.

The breakfast was really good. The location was great because it wasn’t far from anything at all. The rooms was nice and comfortable. They were accommodating when I asked for a 1st floor room as well.

The WiFi was horrible. It kept going in and out the whole time.

Everything was mostly clean and the beds were very comfortable. Beza, at the front desk was super helpful. The price was amazing and I'll definitely be staying again when in the Plano area.

No fault of the hotels, but someone pulled the fire alarm at 2 am, which is super annoying.

Cable service is inadequate and seemed very outdated. Internet is sketchy and difficult to connect to.

It was good value for your money. Everything was clean and I could check-in just before midnight.

From a European perspective my heart bled seeing the disposable cutlery and plates at the breakfast buffet. I guess you could be more sustainable.

Convenient to many locations that I needed to travel to.
