Our stay was GREAT! The young man at the front desk was exceptional. I had written down his name but of course now I can't find it. We stayed for the Indycar race and this was the perfect location. Hotel was very clean and we actually ended up with a free upgrade as they had overbooked the standard rooms. I'm guessing because we had booked the day the race was announced it was first to book got the upgrade! Would stay again. A bit pricey but you pay for convenience. I saw another reviewer say there was nothing within walking distance but McDonalds. We walked to Mama Mia's for dinner, we had beers at Paulies, walked to a brewery down the street (Perspective Brewing) on two occasions, as well as to the race and to Walgreens.

The scrambled eggs were gross. I stuck with the hard boiled. I'm guessing they were boxed or something?

We liked being on the first floor. We were able to check in early and the man at the desk was very nice. The room was clean, and bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very good as well. The towels were soft, and you never see that in a hotel. However, the seat that we sat in while we at our breakfast was a bit too soft. My husband and I sank down quite a bit so maybe put some firmer lounge chairs there. Otherwise, we will be coming here again....

The cost of a candy bar was $3 but what do you expect in a hotel.... thank you

Offered shuttle to baseball field

Had to sign up for shuttle which we didn’t know so by time we checked in all reasonable times were booked. I even called ahead to confirm there was a shuttle but no one mentioned sign up. We took Uber. Shuttle on way back - please put details on business card as to where pick up is. We walked for quite some time before we found shuttle pick up area for hotel. We were also told the hotel bar was open when we checked in. Came back after baseball game only to find the bar was closed for private event - would have been nice to know as we came back with plans to go to the bar

The breakfast was fine, good coffee and very clean dining room We stayed there for location and the shuttle to the ballpark. The staff we encountered were personable and helpful.

There were not many choices for dinner within walking distance and the in house restaurant didn’t serve what was on the QR code (for menu) on the big floor poster in the lobby. The server was very nice and apologetic. The shower in our room was hard to adjust for the right temperature and seemed to maybe have a slight leak at the floor level. Otherwise, the room was fine, even if on the 2nd floor above the lobby entrance.

The hotel was really clean. Room was nice and spacious.smelled good staff was very friendly and helpful.the breakfast was hot and great loved the oatmeal section and the toppings for the waffles

I ddnt like the fact there was no hot tub the pool was really cold I recommend a heated pool because even when ur in the water it's still really cold

Only 1 mile from hospital. Friendly staff. Restaurant on site w good menu. Clean public spaces. Nice perks-coffee bar. Fresh apples/paper/snacks. Location-restaurants, Walgreens.

Handicap room shower was in a terrible repair state. Did not use. Rest of room very accommodating. Requested and received a second chair for room. Only 1 wheeled chair in room.

This property has the best handicapped accessible rooms that I've ever seen, while traveling. It was spacious, plenty of counter space in the bathroom and even had a nightlight. Rebecca, in the West lounge was friendly and very good at keeping her patrons happy, while maintaining her professionalism, she even remembered us from previous visits!

The onsite restaurant made things a lot easier. Onsite fitness center made it easier to get a work out in and stay on track with my fitness program.

There was A LOT of hair in the pool. No hot tub. And there were at least three machines in the fitness center that need maintenance.

The whole setting and the view to the parking lot instead of a wal or the back of the bldg. Amazing sunset and morning sunshine

My room shower bathroom pull up knob didn’t work to put on the shower. It continued to pop off everytime I tried to pull it up from bath to shower. it really scares me and I was in a hurry to get ready for a baptism/confirmation I was being the godmother too. I was already nervous. So I ended having to just use the bathtub part to bath standing up. Very not pleased about that..

The room was very very nice and clean and very quiet.

Some of the hotel staff could have been friendlier. Even the woman working breakfast was not very friendly at all. Even though I told her good morning and smiled at her she looked like she was annoyed I did so and would not acknowledge. The gentleman at the front desk acted like he was trying too hard to be nice. It's the personality that needs to be worked on with the staff.
