Good location for restaurants , upscale shopping . Great spa and indoor pool

A few hiccups in the restaurant , did not always get what we ordered.

Everything literally

I do wish there was a microwave and a bigger refrigerator in the room. Also the valvet parking when I called down to have the car already out there it never was out there and we had to wait for so long. But other than that this place is amazing

the peace and comfort and cleanliness

no snacks so much in between hours of open restaurant (of course I didn’t leave hotel so by that was also part my fault too)

The hotel is lovely, and our suite was very attractive and comfortable. The staff was professional and accommodating. The hotel restaurant is quite good.

No complaints whatsoever.

Location is great and service was good

Room a little pricey seeing as there is no kitchen or balcony.

The room was elegant and the bedding very comfortable. I loved the spa bathroom with garden tub. The room was very clean and beautifully decorated. The staff were very welcoming and helpful.

I would have liked to have a wet bar and snacks available in the room.

My first night the bed was awful, but they made up for it they changed the room. Spa, awesome, with the exception of 1 lady that was popping her gum during my hydro-facial. Definitely going back to the Hotel!

Loved my stay here. The hotel is beautiful it’s kind of small compared to other cities but still a beautiful hotel

The pool area should be open until 8pm at least

Nothing.. it was fabulous…

I was very much impressed by the staff. Everyone was so nice and friendly. I never encountered anyone who was not eager to help and make the stay enjoyable. It was a unique experience and I appreciate their kindness.
