Baymont inn Wyndham hotel is very nice and polite to are family and friends and the breast fast is so good and all employees are very nice and polite and the manager is so nice to the customer all the manager and employees it $1/% Thanks you Amen nice job and nice work 😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀

We like the location, but we especially love the front desk ladies. April has been there for years and she is so pleasant when we check in. We travel to Florida several times a year and this hotel is our stopover destination. This past stop we had the pleasure of being checked in by Denise. She’s so sweet and took great care of us. We missed seeing April and hope she’s feeling better soon.

We checked in around 9pm and there were several vehicles parked in the far end of the front parking area. They had their MUSIC blasting and the bass was vibrating the whole area. We thought they would eventually turn it off with respect for all of the other guests. At 11:15 we called the front desk and explained the situation. Someone went to speak to them, but shortly afterwards it started up again. After awhile it finally stopped; we think someone else complained.

The person at the desk proactively reached out to me to tell me I had left my phone charger in the room and she kept it for me until I could retrieve it one week later. I thought that was extremely considerate and appreciate her very much. Sandy

Some of the lights in the room didn't work and we had to get light bulbs and plug them in.

The staff was very helpful and nice. They have tons of brochures in the lobby for things to do around savannah. The pool was clean.

Room service not 1 time came to offer us new towels or fresh bedding and didn't clean our room or offer us more trash bags the whole time we were there. I also didn't like that the work out machines did not work.

Breakfast was great. Nice variety. Worker friendly and quick to replace items and clean up. Desk personnel were helpful. Room good.

Was unaware of no maid service everyday...just on 4th day if staying. I prefer the luxury of having my bed made daily and dirty towels picked up if needed (I don't ask for clean towels daily). Otherwise room was comfortable.

I stay at inexpensive locations when I travel. I'm not out to experience "the hotel" I'm there in that location to visit locations and see attractions. All I expect is that the staff is pleasant, the place is clean, bug free, and that all the amenities work. If the hotel meets that basic requirement, I give them a good review.

I liked everything about my stay,I just don't like being disturbed/knocking on the door 2hrs before checkout asking am I leaving...other than that I have NO problems at all.I love the location,staff&every room I'm put into,thanks alot!

The price was good

The bed was hard. The lock had to be fixed when we got there. The room was not as nice looking as the pictures. The air conditioner seemed to have trouble keeping up. the toilet seat was loose. No USB outlets in the room. The refrigerator was not cold.

There were doors being slammed shut on the second floor which was had a outside entrance, we were on the third floor which our entrance was inside. Also they missed on day of servicing our room, and one day I had to go to the front desk to get hand towels and face cloths. They put none of these in our bathroom. When we arrived the bathroom had hair in it in places.

we like the location and it’s easy to park … we stop here on our way to Florida and again on our way back home. Our go to place for dinner is The Crab Shack out at Tybee, and it’s very convenient to get there from this location. our second place we visit is Byrd’s Cookie on Waters, and it’s very convenient as well. We take goodies to our friends and family in Florida from Byrd’s, and stop by on our way home to get some for ourselves.

this particular stay, we had some VERY LOUD people upstairs from our room. It was only 7 pm, but it sounded like a dance class was taking place. We went to the office and within 10 minutes it was completely quiet.
