The breakfast had something for everyone. All the products offered were fresh and of excellent quality. Above all, what I liked was the courtesy, friendliness, and the sincere desire of the employees to provide you with a great service and to make you feel special.

There was nothing I disliked about this hotel.

The location is quite up market, with nearby shops and restaurants, which were excellent. Our room was spacious and the bathroom well designed and spacious, with a separate shower and 2 basins in a separate area. If you like a bath the bathtub was excellent. The staff were very helpful and efficient. Quick check in and check out. Breakfast was well presented with a variety of choices.

The swimming pool is in an atrium and the pool was quite warm. It was more like a sauna. It is designed to stand in as it is too shallow to swim in, even breaststroke. I wanted to cool off after a hot day and relax beside a pool, so it didn't suit me. I meet a lady from Finland in the pool and she loved it, so I guess it is a matter of taste.

Room cleaning was inconsistent day to day. One day wash clothes and water -one day not. Not always attention to detail like refilling tissue box.

Excellent staff, very helpful with early / late checkin. Excellent patisserie downstairs. Easy walking distance to restaurants and shops

Very very nice hotel. Modern, clean, staff friendly and kind; very polite. Fabulous food from the restaurant (both breakfast and supper tried). Room Cleaning standards were exceptional.

The concierge at the hotel was fantastic. He was so helpful. We arrived early and our room was ready. The entire staff was fantastic!!
