Great location, friendly staff, peaceful atmosphere

The shower cabin. The window couldn't be opened, and there was no air conditioning. It only received cleaning once every 5 days. We hoped to find at least one TV channel that broadcasts in English.

Accurate accommodation. The room was as described in the pictures and clean. It is indeed a little bit crowded for three people, and the bathroom is quite small. However, the price is fair for what it offers, also taking into account accommodation prices in Copenhagen. The hotel is located a little bit far from the city center, but it's very accessible by metro (a 10 to 12-minute walk from the metro station). The neighbourhood felt safe, didn't have any problems walking at night.

The room, especially the bathroom, could be a little bit bigger as it is a little bit crowded for three people. However, for the price paid, it's a fair deal.

The room was extremely compact but had everything you needed. The lobby area had lots of places to sit and you could buy drinks. The beds were comfy. Breakfast had a very good selection. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Considering it is a big hotel, it felt quiet. However on the night I could hear a watery sound, I think it was the water/pipes system of the hotel. The area is very convenient for the airport. And not far from the main attractions of Copenhagen. But Ørestad itself is a new town and residential area, and its main attraction is a very large shopping centre. That could be a good or bad thing depending on your preferences!

The breakfast was extensive and delicious. The staff was very kind and able to help us with all of our questions. The hotel room had everything we could need and was pretty comfortable. Next to the hotel was a large mall, which had some dinner options and a lot of shops.

The breakfast was a tad expensive and very busy. The pillows were very flimsy, and the curtains were not that good at darkening the room. The shower was very weak and it was very hard to control the temperature, because it was connected to the the faucet. The hotel is far from the centrum, but it has great train and metro connections.

we liked that we had the corner room which gave much more space than the other family rooms, i do not think we would have had as much space if in a normal room. we also loved that we arrived at 2pm and asked to check in early and it was available for us! very pleased with that. staff where all lovely and appreciated that the hotel did not ‘close’ so where able to come in after going out for a late dinner. the hotel was also very clean and a great value for money - definitely nicer than expected.

there was nothing that we disliked and had a very enjoyable experience. only think to point out was that there was a sprite bottle left under our bed - but this did not bother us as the rest of the room was exeptionally clean.

The hotel is really close to the airport, the Fields shopping center, metro station and the Royal Arena (in case you need a place to stay after a concert, like I did, I definitely recommend it, it's a cca. 15 min walk). The room was pretty basic but we had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom is a bit small and I recommend you get your own toiletries as the body wash/shampoo packet is a bit small. The room was clean and warm (we were there in February). You can also leave the bags before check-in / after check-out, they have lockers where you can store them and you can pay by cash or card.

The walls are pretty thin and you can hear people showering. I always sleep with earplugs so that was not a problem for me, but keep it in mind, especially if you're a light sleeper.

Super friendly staff and we were given the option of staying in a higher floor. Hotel is super easy to reach from the airport, and only 10 minutes away from city centre. Train station it’s only 5 minutes walking and there is a huge shopping centre next to the hotel. We booked a triple room, and despite being small, it’s super comfortable.

The breakfast could be a better value money. Please have in mind that you should book it in advance to avoid paying the full price. The room’s sound isolation could be better, as we could hear other guests whilst walking past the corridors, although on our room was quiet.

We visited Copenhagen because of the concert held in the Royal Arena, so the location was perfect for our stay :) It's very close to the arena, there is a big shopping centre close by as well and also metro station that connects you with the city centre in a couple of minutes. It was perfect! Recommend for a short stay.

It was a really good hotel considering the price. Our room was just weirdly shaped, with a very narrow space in the middle that made it difficult for four people to go around. But it was just a minor inconvenience and one that we got used to very quickly :)

location close to the royal arena. no fuss check in and check out. the room had everything needed except a hairdryer but we asked the reception and they gave us one to use (for free!)

checked us into the wrong room (with only one bed) instead of the double + bunk bed we had booked, so we had to sort it with the reception. next morning we realised the shower knob wasn't working and the receptionist rolled her eyes like we were weak or stupid. they sent a handyman to fix it almost an hour later so we wasted a morning of our trip just waiting for that. wish they had been clearer about how long it would take him to come fix it so we wouldn't wait for so long.

This is basically as if Ryanair ran hotels. You get what you pay for and nothing extra. The rooms are tiny, but that's good I don't need to pay for extra space. I stay there for a few nights anyway. Anything above is extra paid? Early check-in? Pay extra. Store luggage before check-in? Use paid lockers. Store luggage after checking-out? Use paid lockers. Good breakfast with plenty of options. All in all, good value for money.

The corridors smell dirty. The reception staff don't care.
