For me at first I didn't want to go to that hotel but from the first night I fall in love with its people i.e everyone working there. I felt home there. Big up to the waitress Mohamed, Taha and the rest my heart goes out for you guys. Big up Bar waitress Amr and i think his name was mohamed, Big up to the receptionist Khaled. i liked everything from the reception to the room to the restaurant i loved it. it was a calm hotel if you looking for a peace of mind and at days entertainment than this is the hotel.

too many mosquito, no bus goes to the city so you have to look for a taxi the hotel should make a bus that goes to the city at given times, to bring the price for the room bar down, two small chocolates and one sprite for £7 no good at all.

Bed was super comfy Staff were fantastic, resturant, bar, chefs,room man, pool staff, they were all fantastic, oh and reception were super as well 😀 Food at the beach was fab Food in the restaurant was good, seems to of improved since Easter when we was there 😊 Super bus service to the beach and back again

No entertainment in our hotel, have to go to sister hotel, can only get soft drinks there, while watching the show, why??? That's not fair 😬 Had dinner in the a la carte in sister hotel, good and service was fab, but cleanliness of things let it down.( it's a 5 star ) WiFi, is shocking One bar man serving drinks at lunch and dinner, there was always a queue. Again, a wasted bar, for people to pay for drinks, never used, when the main pool bar was always busy, maybe open that up so it can be for both, and also serve the upper pool area, rather than having to go all the way to that bar Things in mini bar not included on all inclusive, have to pay for them 😬 Just things for improvement, it hasn't put me off, as have booked again for new year.

There wasn’t too many food options at the main restaurant. Internet works only at the lobby.

The buffet style breakfasts were fantastic with a choice of just about anything you can think of and lots of vegetarian options too. We ate lunch down at the beach most days from the little snack van and the pizzas were above and beyond what you'd expect. Dinner however was a little less consistent, especially for veggies like myself. The buffet on the Oriental night was absolutely fantastic and we would all have been happy to eat that every day, but we appreciate that it may not have been everyone's choice. The rooms were lovely and freshly decorated with comfortable beds, clean towels daily and plenty of storage. The grounds were full of beautiful bushes and plants which were being attended to constantly, in fact the whole place was very well cared for. Lemon and Soul is by far and away the best all inclusive hotel we've stayed in for the reason that it didn't have the sometimes sterile impersonal feel to it that others can do. It felt more like a guest house which is more the type of accommodation we would go for out of choice.

There really wasn't much to complain about at all except a loo brush in the bathroom would have been handy, if we were to nit pick.

This is a friendly, not too big, very nice hotel with a cheerful atmosphere. Room was normal size with a small balcony (all rooms have the same size balcony), comfortable beds - real king size bed, not two beds attached together. Not too soft, but we prefer this. A/C was working well, we had a kettle and hairdryer. Food was allright, plenty of healthy choices, the hotel has its own bio-garden with fresh vebetables every day, a big plus for us. It is a one km distance from its own beach, there is a shuttle, which also takes the guests to Labranda complex for shows and disco.

Some small things: the limited meat choices - we didn't mind anyway, ok for the price. Many rooms are connected with absolutely no noise isolation, even with closed doors. Our neighbours had the same daily routine like us, but otherwise we could have disturbed each other, since we could hear their every cough, word or moan as if they were in our room 🤨 Part of the staff was friendly but others were not... Shuttle bus rules were obscure if and when you need a specialty restaurant ticket and when not.

The lunch varity and the hotel are far from the sea You must get the shattle bus and we have a bad luck with the ticket to get lunch outside restrunt in tajine restrunt food was bad test and when we inter the room we find a big leprosy :( and we were changed the room

The staff was super helpful, whenever we needed something we got the requested help at that moment. They are fluent in English and German. The beach is 6 minutes bus ride away which is really close to many amazing coral reefs. All together we were not expecting this high quality service for this price and we were happily surprised

The majority of the rooms are having door between them without any soundproofing at all. This means that you can easily hear what they are talking in the next room. However when we asked for a different room they were happy to give us a new one right away, but again with a door between two rooms, even though we specialty asked to have a room without it

I liked the sea, the garden and the cleanliness very much. The housekeeper arranged my room for him. Thanks. The food was special every other day. It was an Indian day, an American day, a Turkish day, and so on. I liked turkey, duck and fresh grilled fish very much. It was fun to go to the sea by shuttle bus, it was fun and listening to entertaining songs, and my children liked the sight of fish and birds, and the view of the sunset was breathtaking. And the snacks and the bar on the sea are fun. I was very impressed with my reception and the speed of the analgesia And I felt that I know the staff because they are friendly, and I also felt that I was in a very comfortable place. I recommend it

Very Nice People who works in hotel, they are all very kind ..., clean rooms, good food, Nice pool, good transfer to the beach, drivers are always in the good mood, the beach was really great. All inclusive servis really mean that it is all inclusive all day (drinks, exepct icecream you must pay afitionaly) Also on the beach you can get drinks, pizzas, burgers, coffee, alkohol Drinks ... You get big towels for the beach. Bottles with drinking water are available all days and you get daily 1,5 L bottle in the room, too. Aircondition in the room works great. There is Also a cattle to prepare Tea or coffee in the room, hair dryer and refrigetator. Rooms have small balkony, too.

Wifi Doesnt work in rooms, that is missing.

Great hotel, have stayed before, sad to see it so empty. Hotel staff were amazing, reception, restaurant, bar, cleaners, pool staff, really great. Food was good, room was good, Gala dinner on New Years eve was done really well, the fact it was 3 hotels together, well done to all the staff ❤

All the extra costs, mini bar, orange juice, roof top bar, should be all included
