The room is pretty small but has all basic necessities like kettle, fridge, a/c, tv, bath. Areas for improvement: - TV is not working well. If I remember it correctly it gets around 5 stations only.. and the tv we had at our room is defective - a bit old. No netflix. - Wifi can be slow at times. - Corner room hardly gets mobile data connection. - The window cannot be opened. - A/C is old but can still do the job. To commend: - The room we had (3D) for some reason I did not see any cockroaches which is impressive. - Hot and Cold Shower works well - A/C is old but can still do the job. - Bed and pillows are super comfy. - Legit comforter very thick and soft. - Vault works fine. - It's nice they have a lift to go to upper floors. - Staffs are courteous, helpful and kind and that includes security personnel. - Location: It is near Century Mall, Circuit, Rockwell, MRT Buendia/Guadalupe. - Located along Poblacion, Makati where restos, pub, clubs are esp at night. - Laundry shop across the building. - Thai Royale Spa located at Valdez St for some me time. Cut-off 2AM but they're open until 4AM.

The staff is friendly, accommodating, and professional. It's my 4th stay here already and I can say that the service has only gotten better. You can request for a sheet change daily, towels, water, toiletries are replenished when needed and/or requested WITHOUT the staff hesitating to do so. The room is clean, wifi is fast, location is 👌 as it's near all makati can offer (rastaurants, bars, pharmacies, malls, convenience stores, etc.).

All good so far as I've mentioned, tge service has gotten better since the 1st time I stayed.

Exceptional Stay at Leez Inn Makati I recently had the pleasure of staying at Leez Inn Makati in Manila, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. The price was incredibly reasonable, offering great value for money. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The security at the hotel was top-notch, making me feel safe and secure throughout my stay. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. I highly recommend Leez Inn Makati to anyone visiting Manila. It truly exceeded my expectations!

Comfortable bed. Kettle available. Hot shower and toiletries. Aircon. I had a quiet room at the back despite the area. Friendly staff. Free luggage storage. Good location close to the rooftop bar of fancy hotels and street food stalls. The guests are both locals and foreigners.

Check in process. The "total cost" of the confirmed booking does not actually include taxes and service. The receptionist did not help figuring this out. She only told me the price to pay. She was surprised that I paid cash and did not have change. Check out process. The receptionist kept the change of my payment as a deposit. When I checked out 2 days later they still did not have change. I waited for the receptionist to leave and gather it. There is only 1 lift, therefore waiting time. No tea or coffee available.

The room was clean and stylish and the staff were excellent. The bed was comfortable with good pillows.

We had to change rooms because the hot water device wouldn’t stay powered on. But things break sometimes so that’s understandable. The only real negative thing I can say is that the shower was designed poorly. There’s only a thin shower curtain that doesn’t close well at all, resulting in water spraying outside of the shower area unless you use a lot of care in how you aim the shower head. It was either very poorly designed or cheaply designed.

Location is perfect, right in the heart of Makati, walking distance to all the restaurants, bars, nightclubs, etc. Convenience stores just up the street, coffee shop nearby, everything close.

The air conditioner was continuously dripping condensed water down onto the dresser, which splattered little drops of water onto the floor below and a tiny bit of spray onto the foot of the bed. Not sure how to avoid this, but I put a small towel onto the dresser to catch the drops and that fixed it for me. Just something to keep in mind.

The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean and the bathroom was spacious, with a good, hot shower. Although there wasn't much daylight getting in through the window there was plenty of lighting in the room, that could either brightly light the whole place up or have a lower, more cosy setting. The hotel is situated close to a lively nightlife area, with various eating and drinking options, but is quiet inside so you will get a good nights sleep.

The reception area is quite small and can feel a bit cramped during the peak check-in and check-out times and the wifi, while fast, was occasionally patchy.

The staff is very genuine and helpful. Even if we couldn't do early check-in (since our flight arrived very early in the morning), the staff were welcome to help us and provide some information, as well as allow us to use the restroom. The location is very strategic in the heart of Makati. Many food stalls, bars, and restaurants are nearby. After the check-in time, they upgraded our room in the penthouse (unfortunately, due to a technical issue, the AC is not working, but the view is amazing). I recommend for the value of money to stay in this hotel.

It's better if they can provide a simple breakfast to the guests. The code for the WI-FI is a combination number, which is somehow hard to remember. Some staff can't speak English, but they tried to help and give the direction. But, overall, we are pleased to stay in the hotel.

I like how clean and friendly the staff are. This is like my 2nd home. I learned about this hotel after the pandemic when I need to report to office and I need a place to stay at. I booked this hotel every week, 4x a week,then go back to the province during weekends then come back again on Monday. That has been my routine. And there’s no reason for me not to come back again because for this price, you cannot look for any other hotel this clean and this satisfying. Plus the location is great. Highly recommended.
