What I loved about Mercure hotel was the warm welcome upon arrival. The room was beautifully decorated, tidy, and set up with special touches to celebrate our honeymoon and marriage. It truly made our stay unforgettable.

The room felt a bit small and compact, but the overall comfort and atmosphere made up for it. It was still a cozy stay despite the limited space.

I really enjoyed my stay at Mercure Hotel Kuta Bali. The location is excellent right across from Kuta Beach and close to Beachwalk Mall, restaurants and local shops. The rooftop pool is a definite highlight, offering breathtaking views of the ocean, especially at sunset. My room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the essentials. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. Overall, it was a pleasant and memorable stay. I’d happily recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in a central spot in Kuta.

The room were comfortable and the pool area was wonderful, excellent view with infinity pool and awesome to sit and watch the waves from the 4th floor where the pool and terrace is located.

When we arrived we were not allocated 3 bedrooms together as requested and I was told that it was because they had a large group staying. The bedrooms we were shown also looked nothing like the pictures given to us by bookings.com where it says "view your room" We had a very arogent manager who ensure we knew it was an effort to assist us and give us what we asked for and booked 6 months prior but it all ended well. We were total that Bookings.com shows the wrong pictures.

The pool deck is amazing. The bartenders, some young trainees, were so attentive to fulfil all guests'wishes which made the stay at the Pool area to a grateful event. All the staff were very kind and courteous. The location is perfect with the beach and restaurants in front of the hotel and many shops around. Amazing breakfast and restaurant location with Seaview tables. The architecture of the building is very impressive. The hotel is close to the airport but there is no airport noise. Beach with clean white sand and great waves. Surfing doesn't disturb the swimmers. All in all a perfect stay.

I was greeted with an enthusiastic and eager to please reception team. The entire hotel staff was very friendly. I called for ice and it was at my doo r in less than 3 minutes. I asked for extra towels and the door bell rang almost before I hung up the phone. Need a taxi, a tour, a recommendation for a restaurant. Just ask! Totally loved staying here. I plan on going back to Bali and this is where I will stay. Side note: I saw a YouTube video that was very negative about staying in Kuta. It was 100% wrong.

The pool was magnificent but was closed late afternoon on 2 days of our 4 day stay. The main reason we picked your hotel was because of the beautiful pool/view. After coming back from big days out sight seeing, it would’ve been lovely to leisurely lay by the pool and have a cool drink and relax but we couldn’t because of weddings. It doesn’t seem fair when we too are paying customers and should be able to use the facilities we’ve paid for.

We had room 307 view was amazing & close to lifts & the pool. Loved the pool and the view from laying on your sunlounges watching the waves rolling in. My husband was sick in bed for 3 days & I spent most of the day @ the pool so relaxing. He had picked up the infection before we left home. I had lunch & dinner @ hotel 3 days menu was nice & healthy choice. Location was amazing close to deli beach markets everything I wanted. I can't wait to come back & switch into Bali holiday mode. I had 2 massages with hot oil & they were amazing.

Maybe a few more sun lounges. Larger choice of menu @ the pool

My room was very comfortable and private on the garden side , more coffee in the room would have helped as well. Suni who works in the bar / coffee area down stair is amazing,her English excellent,always has a smile on her face and remembers your name . Violet who works in ginger spa was awesome had two massage with her . My whole interaction with the staff you can not fault at all absolutely a credit to Mercure Kuta The food in the restaurant was beautiful.

Didn’t like the fact that people would reserve chairs and umbrellas at the pool at breakfast time and wouldn’t show up for ages, there isn’t enough chairs/ umbrellas people would reserve them all day and not use them all day. The pool is a beautiful spot it’s a shame people are so selfish in doing this . For the amount of rooms they definitely need more sitting / or laying areas. Breakfast just needs to be more international food for Aussies

The reception staff were amazing. They organised a bike to take me to Atlas nightclub in Canggu. The room had a brilliant view of Kuta beach. I saw flocks of starlings (birds) fly past and a beautiful sunset. Helicopters flew overhead and surfers surfed the waves. The hotel is in an ideal location. Parking was easy and security were vigilant. The location is safe and convenient. Highly recommend.

Some slightly noisey maintenance activities during the day. Wasn't too annoying though!

The resort is located in the center of Kuta right across the road between Kuta Beach.Every necessary requirement is available at a stone throw distance.The swimming pool and restaurant are also decent.The SPA was also good. The staff is cooperative and helpful.Me and my family will never forget the support, help and comfort provided by Komang Sunianti.Despite of being young and new employee at Mercure Kuta.She has exceptional customer management skills.She went beyond her responsibilities to provide assistance to my family.She is a great asset for Mercure Kuta
