Hotel staff were friendly were friendly and helpful.

The hotel room interior and facilities, such as the pool, were outdated. The shower room had mold on the tiles, and the pool towels had stains on them. For the price we paid, we didn’t expect that!

Everyone at the hotel was amazing!!! Really friendly and willing to help at everything!!! Smiley and really polite!!!! The amenities were great , I booked the room with the mini pool and didn’t disappoint!!! All the restaurants are great with options for everyone!! My issue was the smoking or vaping areas. For the capacity of the hotel and the size , unfortunately the smoking areas were really limited , only outside , but even outside the designated areas were only few sofas here and there!! That’s my only small issue in a stay 7 day stay - which is quite impressive!

Just a small note someone not us was able to charge something to our room - the hotel reimbursed us but just need to be mindful there are dishonest people out there who can overhear room numbers abs names

Beautiful expansive hotel. Great pool area. Beach Club on site (although not run by hotel so no free beds for hotel guests...) Passuonfruir gin cocktail at the pool bar was the best cocktail ever!! Reasonable f&b prices considering its a 5 star hotel. Beach front restaurant was awesome.

Showing its age a little bit... Restaurant downstairs where breakfast is served is a real let down. Breakfast had lots of options but it's a weird layout and come lunch/dinner time it's a very weird place to sit. Could do with a re think... Nusa dua in general very quiet. Not on the hotel but probably better for family groups than couples. 4 days was way more than enough for 2 of us. Looks like they are replacing the TVs but they had no smart TV's which is horrible in wet season when you can't go outside. We had 3 English channels to choose from...

My family loved the pool! It was very clean, had plenty of space and a kids waterside. The kids club was lovely with a range of activities. The room was magnificent! So comfy and stylish. It was wonderful to have free water daily.

At the time, one of our rooms had renovations nearby so it was difficult to rest in the afternoon by the plunge pool when there was lots of noise. We were not informed at check-in about this, however, was informed the next day that it would only take one day. However, it consistently occurred during our stay. We informed the staff and they were able to address this issue appropriately.
