Hotel staff were friendly were friendly and helpful.

The hotel room interior and facilities, such as the pool, were outdated. The shower room had mold on the tiles, and the pool towels had stains on them. For the price we paid, we didn’t expect that!

Everyone at the hotel was amazing!!! Really friendly and willing to help at everything!!! Smiley and really polite!!!! The amenities were great , I booked the room with the mini pool and didn’t disappoint!!! All the restaurants are great with options for everyone!! My issue was the smoking or vaping areas. For the capacity of the hotel and the size , unfortunately the smoking areas were really limited , only outside , but even outside the designated areas were only few sofas here and there!! That’s my only small issue in a stay 7 day stay - which is quite impressive!

Just a small note someone not us was able to charge something to our room - the hotel reimbursed us but just need to be mindful there are dishonest people out there who can overhear room numbers abs names

We had a truly memorable stay! We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to the Prestige Suite and selected as "Guests of the Day" — such a thoughtful touch. Lisa was very helpful and informative at the front desk. Waiting for us in the room was a lovely surprise: cake, fresh coconut water, fruit, and personalized welcome messages. The suite was incredibly spacious, and the highlight for me was the extra king-size bed — unbelievably comfortable! The staff were exceptional — so attentive, warm, and welcoming throughout our stay. It’s those little gestures and genuine hospitality that made this experience stand out.

We were a bit disappointed with the breakfast, especially given the overall high standards of the hotel. While there appeared to be a wide variety of options, many of the dishes lacked flavor. The fruit in particular was surprisingly tasteless — quite unexpected, especially in a country known for its delicious, fresh produce available everywhere.

The pool and hotel facilities were wonderful, the staff very friendly. Beds very comfortable. Great location.

I wasn’t impressed by the food or drinks. Breakfast had an amazing variety, but sadly a lot of the things on offer were very bland. The variety and quality of the fruit for example was very disappointing. The noodles were the only good thing on offer. Twice we ate at the hotel, and on both occasions the food was over priced and bland. The fish at the fish restaurant was awful. I couldn’t eat the prawns either. The cocktails were always flat and served on plastic. Really disappointing. Other hotels nearby served much better food, and cheaper. On the last day at check out the also tried to charge us for a meal we didn’t have. Be careful and keep a record of what you order.

We’ve stayed in many beautiful places, but Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua continues to stand apart — which is exactly why we came back. Having to leave.

We stayed for one night for our anniversary and we received the best service ever. From the moment we entered the property we were treated with utmost care. We started our stay with the Sunday brunch and of all the high end 5 star hotel buffets I’ve had, the staff at Sofitel Nusa Dua were the most attentive and the restaurant really tried to make it more than just a dining experience. There was a magician, a lucky draw, welcome drinks, and the free mocktail package doesn’t end until 5pm! We also enjoyed the beach, the pools and the room. The location is a gated community of other nice resorts so it was very secure but that also means it’s not really within walking distance to local restaurants or massage parlors.

The only issue I noticed was that the cool towel offered at check in had a smell.

Had such a wonderful 10 days at the Sofitel. Such a beautiful and well kept resort. Our one bedroom Pool Villa was perfect. We enjoyed access to the Club lounge and restaurants. The staff were amazing- so kind, so thoughtful and very helpful, especially Yuli, who really looked after us. Buffet breakfast was great, Beach bar was lovely, day and night (just don't do the buffet night..we did, and it wasn't worth it) and had a delicious meal at Cucina. Go to Bumbu Bali if you can- the restaurant provides a shuttle service from the resort and back and the dinner was our best one. Good food at Bali Collection too, so access the shuttle which departs hourly. Bali impressed us first-timers, and we'll be back
