“We had such a wonderful stay! The hotel is truly dog-friendly, which made traveling with our dogs stress-free. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Our room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with easy access to outdoor areas for walks. Service throughout our stay was excellent—friendly, attentive, and professional. It’s rare to find a place that balances great hospitality with pet-friendly accommodations, but this hotel does it perfectly. We traveled with a big group with pets. The hotel also has coffee machine and water dispenser which is very handy. We’ll definitely be returning!”

Beds were comfortable. Location was excellent and right across from an attraction (mini-golf). Beach is walking distance. Good restaurants quick driving distance. Hotel came with a complimentary charger and designated parking for EV (one vehicle). Bathroom came with generous body wash, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion.

No breakfast, even a cold one. Bathroom is cramped if more then one person is inside. Parking is a little tight. No noise dampening. Can hear cars on the main road nearby and people in the hallway.

Room was clean and house keeping came every day (I stayed 4 nights). Friendly staff and front desk called every night to see if everything was good with the room. In the hallway, I could hear the guest across from me speaking loudly and tv blasting but I didn’t hear him at all inside my room. Most enjoyable was the complimentary hot beverage centre with various hot chocolate, coffees and tea. Complimentary passes to the mini golf place across the street was also provided by the hotel. There’s also a good seafood/steak restaurant next door.

I like to sleep at a cooler temperature but the window in the room does not open. There is a fan/air conditioner but it is noisy when running.

In general, this location was very cozy, and had a nice comfortable homely feeling about it. Staff were super friendly and welcoming! Although the facility is slightly dated and may benefit from some upgrades, it did look well maintained. The room was just right in size and layout, and I found the bed very comfortable and was able to sleep well on the first night, which is unusual, and makes for a great experience!

A gym or access to one close by would be nice. I would usually select a location that has a pool, and offered breakfast : - ) all nice-to-haves, not necessarily a game changer.

We found the "common room" with multi coffee machine and water dispenser very useful. We also took advantage of the free mini golf that was available to Coast Hotel guests and it was just across the street. Beds and linens were very good, which is the most important thing. Air conditioning very good.

Pillows could perhaps do with a bit of upgrading, although we always bring our own. There was a microwave and a Kuerig coffee machine, however, if you were heating anything other than coffee in the microwave, there were no utensils other than stir sticks. They are probably just provided for rooms with kitchenettes. It wasn't a big deal though.

The front desk staff were very accommodating. We arrived early and were able to park our car for hours before check-in. The room was very comfortable and nicely updated, and the coffee lounge was a bonuse.

A mirror outside the bathroom and a hook on the bathroom door would have elevated the facility score. Also, beware if you book through Booking.com, the hotel will put a hold on your credit card the morning of your arrival unbenounced. They say this is policy but it's the first time I have encountered it, and it took several days for the hold to be removed.

Bed was comfortable, easy check-in and check-out, shower pressure was great, the room was clean and central to walking to stores, outdoor music venue and beaches. We were pleasantly surprised to get a free round of mini golf with our stay and it's just across the street. A short but sweet stay.

The pillows were a bit too firm, price could have been lower for a standard room but I realize its high season. Not much to really complain about. ;-) Homeless drugged out folks hanging out at McDonalds just down the road didn't make us feel overly comfortable when walking home at 10:30pm, but it's an unfortunate reality in todays world

Very nice warm welcoming from Beth, she accomodate us a bit earlier, she was very friendly and positive attitude. Later on, the front desk clerk call our room to ask if we needed anything, we found that very appreciative. Very clean room with all the amenities as it shows on the site. Close to a nice sandy beach and convenient stores, restaurants and mini golf park.

We didn't like that we just spent one night. Hopefully next time we can stay longer.

check in was easy and thorough. The room was spacious and had windows on two walls. Nice and bright. The room was on the ground floor and had a small private outdoor patio associated with it. The property is a short walk to the beach and amazing park. The room had an air conditioner and a functional kitchenette. I did use the kitchen but it would be great for a longer stay. I arrived la bit ate and left too early to enjoy the kitchenette. Comfortable bed and ample parking.

In all seriousness, I was very happy with the facilities and wished for nothing!

The room was well laid out with two queens beds at opposite ends of the room, separated by the bathroom. Provided some distance if one party wanted to watch tv, and the other, to sleep. The kitchenette was handy. So glad it was pet friendly too! The complimentary tea/coffee/hot chocolate was a nice touch and could be enjoyed in the separate common area tv room.

Room did not have a designated seating area to watch tv. A bit cramped to use the small table and chairs.
