We ordered room service for breakfast and it was delicious - especially the coffee. We had tickets for a show at the Budweiser Stage across the street and it was so much fun to watch people show-up for the show from our room. We sat and drank wine in comfort and enjoyed the view - loved the planes landing! Immediately upon arrival the staff were there to guide and offer their services (bottle water while you wait to check-in). Unfortunately our stay was on a cool/rainy day, so we didn't get to try the rooftop pool, but we went to see it and now want to go back on a day where we can make use of this beautiful amenity.

Strangely, there was a pounding noise in the bathroom. We couldn't hear it in the bedroom, but it was very noticeable in the bathroom. Also, I struggled to get the overhead shower spout to work (push, pull, turn) the knob was very stiff. Finally (and this could just be our ignorance) it took us a while to understand that there is one light switch to rule them all! I used the toilet in the dark when I first arrived, cause I couldn't get the bathroom lights to turn on, lol!

From the moment we arrived, everything at Hotel X Toronto was excellent. Ben warmly welcomed us, helped with our luggage, and made a great first impression. Our room was clean, spacious, and had a stunning view. All the staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was reasonably priced with great service. The rooftop pool was a highlight, clean, well-organized, and offering a beautiful view of the CN Tower. At Roses Social, Star and Maria were fantastic, friendly, engaging, and made us feel truly welcomed. Star added a special touch that made the experience even more memorable. A big thank you to Dragan, the manager, who was professional, kind, and gave us great local tips for sightseeing. Only small note: the valet staff could be more warm and welcoming to match the rest of the team. Overall, an outstanding experience. Hotel X fully deserves a 5-star rating, we can’t wait to return!

The facilities at this beautiful boutique style hotel are amazing! They have pretty much everything you could ask for (gym, tennis courts, golf simulator, pool, spa, library, cinema, even an art gallery!). One of the restaurants was closed during our stay, but the rest of them were good, even if somewhat on the pricey side (in line with the level of this establishment).The room was very large & had a nice view from the 19th floor. Roof top terrace & Trillium park accross the road give you the best views of Toronto!

You couldn't walk all the way to the centre & there's no convenience shops nearby (they do compensate by giving you a choice of vending machine items located off the lobby). Also, the pool had to be pre-booked due to its fairly small size. Didn't like the fact that there's a sizeable deposit you're expected to pay on arrival in order to cover your expenses (CAD250 per day from memory).

Breakfast at roses social was not the best - ordered benny and did not like the orange sauce on the eggs and braised kale was a strange mushy texture, got upset stomach. Cafe across had very nice sandwiches - tried turkey avocado sandwich and it was amazing! Fruit cup - all fruits very sweet and fresh. Valerie - tried cocktails, hot step had a strong mint flavor to it and not carbonated; blueberry/cucumber cocktail was better but both cocktails were a bit watered down, did not try food at valerie - read online reviews and many said food was not good, so did not try. View was amazing. Guerlain spa - was superb! Ordered late night menu to the room from hotel -,burned shrimp w Caesar salad and truffle fries gave me upset stomach - maybe too much truffle oil. Wings were very dry. Played pool in arcade room - great time.

The hotel has a very nice standard all around. The beds, pillows and duvets were exceptionally good. The complementary concierge service was super nice and handy, and surprisingly flexible even though we ended up ordering it last minute almost every time. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The wifi was terrible in our room at first but we just called reception and the sent a technician that fixed it right away. The rooftop pool area was really nice too, although the area itself is rather small they kept it non-crowded and relaxing the two hour time slots guests had to reserve in advance. The gym was really nice, it was actually a real, full equipped gym and tennis courts, not like a lot of other hotels that claim the have a gym only to find out it's some dark corner of the property where they placed some machines. One of the days the rooftop bar was closed due to a supposed storm that never came, so the restaurant on the 2nd floor provided extra pool bar service since the weather turned out nice, which they actually did better than the normal staff working the rooftop bar, even though they had to bring it from the 2nd to the 28th floor. The female head waiter from the 2nd floor restaurant deserves a raise in general. She just connected well with everyone. So bravo! All in all a really enjoyable stay.

The waiter and bar staff on the rooftop bar moved like sloths. When not busy it still took about 20 mins for them to take an order and then another 20 mins to bring it. 40 mins standard ordering time. Doesn't matter if it's a cocktail, beer or cider. One of the days the waiter forgot two glasses of ice with our order which meant another 10 mins wait, so a total of 50 mins to get two ciders with ice. Little annoying with a 2 hour pool slot.

The rooms were well equipped and quiet. Beds were very comfortable. Staff were friendly and efficient. We had requested an early check in and our room was ready when we arrived. Drinks on the roof terrace is a pleasant way to spend the early evening.

We chose the location because we were attending a concert at the Budweiser Arena and the hotel is a 5 minute walk. It was less convenient for visiting the city - you need to take a taxi or public transport. However, the hotel will organise a cab and the street car stop is only a short walk. There are no restaurants or shops within easy walking distance and hotel dining is limited

We went to the grab and go for a breakfast sandwich and coffee; it was good enough but not what I would have expected for a hotel in this price range. I liked the staff; the room and the location were perfect to attend a concert at the Coca Cola coliseum. Sebrina at the check in was fantastic in explaining the hotel and arranged a ride for us to the show. We did grab a burger at Rose's prior to the show that was very good also Sky who waited on us was awesome as well.

I was a little disappointed that it cost over $1,000.00 for a room for one night along with dinner and a few cocktails, I understand the level of service that comes with the price.

This hotel is obviously very expensive but it is a really nice hotel that is right near the waterfront of Toronto. I had a nice room, facing the waterfront and my room was very comfortable. It was very clean, soft buttery sheets and the shower was lovely. It had everything in the room, including a fridge, and even slippers and a dressing gown. The staff were very helpful and I arrived late, as my flight was late, and they accommodated me.

On-check in, they take a pre-auth security deposit on your credit card of £500+ the room stay. I had not budgeted for the extra £500, so it blocked my credit card for the rest of my trip, which was massively inconvenient. I didn't manage to use the pool, which was annoying, because it was pre-booking only, and it rained during my stay.

Comfortable and clean rooms. Love the integrated digital experience of contacting front desk through text messaging with quick response rates, room-service ordering app, and reservations for restaurants. Roof top pool was beautiful, and I appreciated the reservation policy to ensure it was not at over capacity. Desk in room was a good size for working on laptop.

Although bath products were of great quality the absolutely tiny bottles were nearly impossible to use and squeeze. WiFi was slow and inconsistent at times. I wish there was a way for guest to login into their streaming accounts to watch on the TV.

From the moment I walked through the doors the staff were amazing. Consistently helpful and going above and beyond. The hotel was within walking distance of my events, and when I needed to go a little further the hotel supplied a house car to get me where I needed to go. The concierge (Steven?) gave me the time and attention that I needed, despite there being a power outage at the time. Natalie (?) in the Restaurant (Roses?) was beyond amazing and accommodating. She made sure I was well taken care of while they were in the middle of a very busy rush. The rooftop pool and the gym were the icing on the cake. Both were top-notch facilities. I would stay here again without hesitation.
