The name Wakra Retaj Inn instantly brings a smile to my face. The main reason is the exceptional hospitality of the reception staff. Their warm, cheerful, and helpful demeanor is something you rarely find, even in seven-star hotels. I am especially grateful to the Filipino lady and Mr. Shahadat, who always make my check-in process smooth and efficient. Their kindness and respect are beyond words.

Everything about this hotel is excellent, but one thing disappoints me: they do not provide toothpaste and toothbrushes, which are essential amenities. I hope the management will consider adding this service in the future.

I am extremely satisfied with the service and conduct of the receptionists at Retaj Inn Al Wakra. They assist and support customers with such care and attention that words cannot express it. There are receptionists from three different countries: Pakistan, the Philippines, and Bangladesh, and each one is not only professional but also very compassionate, doing their best to help the guests. If I were asked which hotel in Qatar is the best and which one has the best reception and service based on my experience with several hotels here, I would definitely say that Retaj Inn Al Wakra, especially these three individuals, stand out. I am deeply grateful to all three of them.

Bes service The hotel is very neat and clean, with excellent service. The rooms are spotless and comfortable. At the reception, Abdullah was the best very helpful, polite, and always ready to assist. I definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for great service and good value for money.

Retaj always best place to stay . Receptionist mr sahadat very helpful & good behaviour person . I recommended to people those wants to stay in doha for short time .

Room is good. Housekeeping is spot on, I’ve been to 5 star hotels where housekeeping is a nightmare especially with items like toiletries. Retaj Inn AlWakrah housekeeping always responded and always made sure my room and toilet are fully equipped with fresh items during my stay. There is a supermarket and a Mcdonalds close by. Souq Waqef Alwakra is 5min away by car and is definitely worth a visit!

Distance. If someone is looking for a place close to Doha or any of the attractions, the hotel is far and it’s far from the metro station as well. Price wise since we booked during world-cup, it was very expensive and adding a bed was a ridiculous 250 riyals a night.

The place was so good especially the staff in the reception so good and helping wish come back again,you need improve only on the TV screen to be able to connect to our mobile thru Bluetooth 🙏 other than that everything was fantastic 😊

We liked the ambience of the room.

1.The Ac needs to work better. Even on 19c it was too hot. 2. There should be an option for smoking rooms.
