The relative nearness to the boarding gates.

The fact that the staff were not aware that the reservation with booking.com included shared bathroom facilities. There was a heated argument because the staff insisted that an extra 20 USD must be paid by each occupant to use the bathroom even though it was clearly stated on the booking that the shared bathroom facility was inclusive. After several ups and downs, they reluctantly accepted to add it as a complimentary service. Booking.com should clear this up with the facility to ensure other guests are not embarrassed like that.

It’s great, if you have a long layover. You don’t need to go through immigration, it is located by gates 30/31 - there are decent food outlets nearby too - plus a smoking lounge.

The mattress was very hard, & the blanket given was too thin. I could hear the woman in the pod next to me talking on her phone. I didn’t like the fact that they charge extra for a shower, it’s taking the piss.

In the airport.

The cost and the fact that after you pay as much as for a 5 ⭐️ hotel you still need to pay $20 for a shower. It is however more comfortable than sleeping on a floor. Staff were fantastic!

Misleading regarding the showers. these were $20 extra despite the misleading title of the facility. at $130 I would expect a shower as a minimum or at least be more up front about it like your competing accommodation provider at the airport.

Great team at the front desk (friendly, helpful, professional), and an easy place to rest inside the terminal for a long layover - particularly overnight. It really can't be beat unless you stay at the in-airport hotel. Decently spacious, lots of great design features for charging, storage, lights, etc. — and it really was quiet overnight. The safety of having a locked, private space means that you really can sleep (especially as a solo woman traveller).

Because this is a convertible sit/sleep space (the seating reclines into a lay-flat bed), the bed surface is not particularly comfortable (think: dips where the panels are divided and not much cushion).

They made me pay for shower and you have 30 minutes within which to take that shower, which is enough time but when you want to take shower you have to walk to reception again to ask for key and after the shower quickly send the key back. i wish they would have a system where the shower benefit is added onto your key to minimise the walking up and down but besides it was all perfect.

clean, modern room, design choice and quality of materials (mostly steel, glass and wood) and quite comfortable bunk bed. The showers are also very clean and modern. The fact that cold and hot drinks are included is also a nice plus. For us having this 2 people cabin and catching a few ours of proper sleep was better than any other alternative.

Value proposition at this price point (250 USD) for 8h is debatable. Even more if the showers cost additional 20$ per person. Cabin A/C was set on check-in to 18°C, increasing the actual room temperature to 22-23 degrees was basically impossible even on heat mode and fan on max speed.

The cleanliness, the decor and architecture, the concept, which is interesting and good enough for its purpose - you can have a good rest and the sanitary facilities, for the purpose of supporting one overnight at the airport are more than enough.

The price. It's cheaper than a night at the airport hotel, but much more expensive than a night in hotels nearby the airport. It's up to the user to decide if the comfort of not having to exit the airport, sparing the cost of the ride from and to the airport, and the time spent in that dislocation, is worth the difference in price with outside hotels. Alternatively one can use a good spot to sleep somewhere in the airport - not the same comfort, though, of course.

Location is everything here. You are able to sleep for some hours. I still don't understand why the airport's where people have to stay overnight don't have better free facilities to have such an important thing like sleeping... everything is so uncomfortable...

Prices go to double on the night shift. It was very expensive for a room that just had 2 bunk beds. Does not include a shower... it has to be paid extra even if you already paid +200 euros for 1 night as a couple. Shared bathrooms with very limited space for the number of accommodations available to sleep.
