From the moment I arrived, everything was so smooth and welcoming. The direction map guide on their website were incredibly easy to follow, and I had no trouble finding the location, a great start! When I got there, Malik / raymark & raki greeted me warmly at reception and made sure I felt right at home. They even took the time to personally guide me to my cabin and show me how it was. I truly appreciate their attention to detail and kindness. My time in the cabin was nothing short of amazing, it was spotless, peaceful, and the perfect retreat after a long journey. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Without a doubt, this deserves a 5-star rating, and I would highly recommend it to anyone facing a long layover. It’s truly a gem!

The lounge was centrally located close to the teddy bear. I loved that we could book a double bed for our toddler to get a few hours of sleep during our transit. We did have lounge access but the lounges get full and you are not guaranteed an area where it's possible to sleep.
During checkin they told us that we would be asked to leave and come back in if our toddler cried. I think they need to soundproof the cubicles rather than throw parents with babies/toddlers out. When they are crying is when you need the space the most. Luckily we managed to keep him quiet enough to not be thrown out but it was an added stress.

The suit was very comfortable and it was so quiet within such a busy aiport. When I closed the door, it was literally entering into a nother world of peace and serenity. I strong recommend people who have to stay in the airport for a long layover. Last year I stayed in those so called luxirous business lounge in HIA, but it was so noisy and so loud during the peak time. It was impossible to get some sleep. This small sleeping cabin is so comfy and I can actually have a proper sleep. I was a bit suprised for its low rating on Booking becuase it was so nice. The staff working there are also very polite and helpful.
The only thing is perhaps the blanket they provided is too thine while the AC inside the cabin cannot be adjusted. Thus it was so cold during my sleep. I had to wake up and ask for an extra blanket to cover myself. I see some people complaining that there is no showering room and no toliet inside. But the toliet is just next door, about half minute walk. As for showering, there is another sleep and fly in the north pod that has showering. So I gues this south pod one is just for sleeping. Perhaps for this price just a sleeping pod might be too expensive.

It is fairly easy to find in the terminal and is a short walk from restaurants and shops. The facility is clean. My room was clean. I also saw a staff member changing sheets in a nearby pod during my stay. The staff were friendly. For what I needed, it was great. I would use it again. It was way better to get a a couple hours of needed shut-eye in the lounge than to sit in the public waiting area where it is noisy and heavily-trafficked.
There is no bathroom/restroom in the rooms and pods. You need to leave the property and just walk a few steps to use the public restroom. I didn’t find it a problem. You also can’t lock your room/pod but there are cameras everywhere.

Tv options limited. Space limited, unconventional to have part of the ablution service in the main room and not be part of the bathroom. But this says something about the size of the room. It's small. Also as such, we have no cupboards fto hang up clothes and iron board to iron shirts and trousers. The 7th floor at reception looks impressive but does not really provide a meeting place as it is in front of the checkin out desks. As the rooms are small, there isn't anywhere comfortable and sedate to take your guests within the hotel to sit to have conversations over tea or coffee. Not all guests want to invite their guests to sit in their hotel rooms / on the beds to have business like conversations (by the way, there is only one metal chair in the room). We guessed it is a hotel you choose for sleeping at, expect to be out of all day. We are forced to meet guests at outside places which can be noisy and squeezy as mist establishments outside of 5 or higher stars hotels are quite small also.
Location is great easy access to local food places. Room has a small version of the traditional butler sink. Big enough to double up for hand washing undergarments and odd polo shirts etc. Without splashing water all over the floor. Room cleaning and door men Staff are great. The reception on the 7th floor are conventional. Room is cleaned every day. Air-condition is good, but the fan is always on, can be both noisy and windy. Recommend a lower setting than the lowest setting they have and also tilt the blades away from blowing down on guests in the room. It's a bother to have to manually switch the thing on and off to regulate cool ambient condition. The control is next to the door.

You can rest your back and relax, catch some sleep before your morning flight, would definitely recommend. Easy for solo travellers but you need to book well in advance. I saw a lot of passengers got denied because the place was fully booked. Location is good and easy to find (just ask the airport staff). Pretty quiet.
Expensive for one night. No blanket so might get cold as they have air con in the area (though you have the heating switch so can be adjusted but still). I would advise bringing a light blanket or thin jacket for comfort.

Bunk bed cabin for two gave us a much needed sleep between flights. Place was clean and tidy, comfortable and firm beds. Special thanks to Ray Kat Bijaya who let us in even a bit before our reservation started. It made our sleep a bit longer and that's all you need when you have a flight to catch next morning. He even gave us a wake up call ☺️
Cabin is very small but that is understandable as the place is only for sleeping, not a hotel. Some guests did not keep quiet enough but staff made all they could to ensure peace to sleep.

It serves its purpose. Nothing more. Nothing less. Happy that there’s no frills and the compact nature actually feels safe to have a nap while waiting for transit flight
I felt a bump at the joint of the bed after it has opened flat. But I guess it can’t be help due to the conversion from upright position. It is not totally flat too. I was also hoping there’s a shelf to slot my shoes but there isn’t. I had to leave my shoes in a tiny gap right beside the door and the e flattened bed

It was simple accommodation, small space, but had enough comfort and amenities as needed. Was also very quiet so made it easy to rest.
Location was difficult to find as there are several lounges at the airport and similar names. Should provide more location info in booking as South node is a big area. More signage at airport as it's located in a remote back area of South Node.

The Lounge is good for waiting the next flight as it has privacy with me and my kid. We stayed close to the door entrance and its alright so we can go out easily if we want to. Staff Zarah, Honey and Goma that time are accommodating and friendly. As We checked out Raymark, Kat and Kamlesh were there to greet us for our safe flight. Thank you guys.
