It wasn’t far from alwakra souqe. It exceeded our expectations compared to booking rate. Whatever we asked for they were very happy to assist and serve. Very clean and Cousy. I didn’t expect it to be very family friendly. Our booking was for room only and we were able to book breakfast for only 50 QR per person which was convenient. The gym and pool were amazing and super clean. It was a perfect choice for a late vacation vibe. I do recommend it whether you are booking solo or with family and children and you like to have a nice relaxing stay outside the city.

The breakfast buffet was very good, with a wide selection of dishes, fruits, and sweets. Staff is friendly and helpful. Both check-in and check-out were smooth and quick. The room was cosy and spacious. Swimming pool on the rooftop is also nice

There was no ON/OFF button on the AC controller on the wall, so we had to call the reception several times to ask them to switch off the AC. Also, there was only 1 big towel in the bathroom and 1 tiny little soap

The ambiance of the place is very cozy staff is very welcoming right from the entrance of the hotel and the security personnel make you feel safe... Wait I haven't mentioned the warm reception Ms. Allyza is very helpful, professional, and welcoming she is always smiling I felt at home she was so fast that I didn't spend much time checking in and out it helped me a lot since I was very tired and wanted to refresh and rest. The amenities are top-notch, and rooms are very clean and smell nice with comfortable beds, it was a memorable experience enjoying their services. I had a great stay... A very big shout to the Time Rako team Al Wakra I can't wait to visit again...

The music coming from the bar on the top floor was disturbing, and I couldn't sleep until the party end, which was after 2 AM.

Fast service at the reception upon check in. The Filipina lady at the reception assist us upon check in in a timely manner. We booked for Deluxe Twin (as per availability). I requested to put the beds together and when we reached the room, HK staff is already inside putting the beds together.
