Everything was superb starting from the entrance till the time to check out I was welcomed warmly at the reception with a glass of minute maid apple juice as I waited to be escorted to my room. The room was clean and being this was my second trip there was much improvement from last time that was there. The hotel its near city centre which was quite convenient to me and despite being near city centre theres no noise in the hotel room It was just a great stay!! Breakfast,good but add varieties .

The hotel team was very friendly and caring! We really appreciated it!!! The reception desk and staff in the breakfast area were always smiling and super attentive! During the breakfast I mentioned the noise during the night, and I was impressed how smoothly the room was changed! Delicious breakfast, good choice, tasty take-away pack. Free coffee in the lobby! Clean roof top pool! The location is good for those who want to save time traveling outside Nairobi or to the National park, BOMAs etc. You escape traffic jams!

No view from our side of hotel, windows were closed. It would be great to let fresh air in.

All the staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was varied each morning. I was greeted in the morning to check up on me if everything was alright with my room. Housekeeping service, room service and reception were all responsive to my phone calls extremely quickly and delivered the task I was after promptly. The hotel was very spacious, a nice waiting room for taxis and staff looking out for your taxi driver. The 24 hour service bookings for tours was excellent and helped us out with a complicated park entrance fee for Nairobi National Park etc. The bar staff were amazing so fun and friendly ordering drinks and going out of their way to split our bills, food was served so quickly. Upstairs was great with the pool and rooftop etc. I returned back because it was such an amazing place to stay. A big shout out to a few amazing staff members: Patrick, Carolyne, Florence, Denis, Linda and Many.

I have no complaints with anything about this hotel.

One​ thing​ I​ want​ to​ complain​ about​ is​ breakfast box.​ We​ was​ book​ a​ tour​ early in​ the​ morning.​ I​ do​ request​ed​ a bottle of​ water​ but​ all​ reception​ist​ was​ reject due​ to​ hotel​ policy​ can​ provide free​ water​ 2​ bottle​ per.room per​ day.​ Listen! Guess​ breakfast​ box​'s​ cost​ are​ less than​ guess​ having​ breakfast in.the​ restaurant.​ A​ bottle​ of​ water​ doesnt​ againt your​ policy.​ How​ can​ we​ eat​ sandwich without​ water​ in​ the​ morning? First​ time​ of​ our​ breakfast​ box just​ sandwich, yogurt, muffin and banana.​ No​ any​ water​ or​ juice. I​ dont​ want​ to​ Get​ Choke​ by​ my​ breakfast​ while​ im​ enjoin​ing​ my​ Safari.😀

I had the most wonderful stay at the Best Western Plus Meridian Hotel. One of the staff members Patrick, went above and beyond to make me and my friend feel welcomed at the hotel. I was celebrating my 30th birthday, and Patrick had the entire kitchen staff sing me happy birthday with a cake! A total surprise, and really the type of gesture friends do for one another. Amazing rooftop pool, the best deep tissue massage I've ever had, the perfect CBD location for exploring, great buffet breakfast, and just all around awesome. I would highly recommend a stay here.

It was a great stay.

Location was quite central but the rooms were quiet despite this. Rooms were clean and the air condition worked! Tea and coffee making facilities were available in the room, with supply of bottled water daily. We didn’t have dinner here but breakfast was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The Porter Patrick was always on hand to help. The hotel is very accommodating, they packed breakfast for us one morning when we had to leave early. Roof top pool, is quite nice, it’s heated as well. You algo get a good view from here.

The bathroom and toilet area isn’t very private. It’s closed off by glass and even then there are gaps (intentional) around the edges. I don’t know if there is a quick fix to this but could be part of a long term refurb plan.

The breakfast was excellent , with attentative staff , special to the chef on breakfast duties 5 mornings out of 6 who was able able to make a humble omlette tastelike 5 michelin ding. The room (409) was perfectly adequate with views over the city , i never attended Dinner , one down side was that ordering food outside " normal " kitchen times was not good, only 3 optios were available, a Club sandwich which was desperatly poor , a hamburger which i ordered through "gritted teeth" ( Iam a vegan) i another dish which i cannot recall ( but certainly not e vegan option. The spa and fitness centre located on the 7th floor which i attended twice was very good , compently run by a young girl with a scandianavin name which escapes me. Being a smoke i spent some time outside the front where you could clearly see the well security & Consiarge team carrying out their duties professionally , including tow ladies who were particulaly good. The front office staff (albeit not Utalhi trained were professional and knowledagable , special mention to Robert. I booked a family safari with the tour & Safari which was a wonderful 6 hours with a very knowagble guide. All in all, as a vetran to Kenya ( 25 plus years ) I can say it was along with the 5 star establishments in Nairobi CBD .

Stayed at the Best Western Plus Meridian in Nairobi and had a really great experience. The staff was amazing super friendly and helpful and check-in was quick and easy. Security around the hotel was solid too, which made me feel really comfortable during my stay. Only small thing was the hot water in my room wasn’t the most reliable, but honestly, everything else was great so it didn’t bother me much. Would definitely stay here again!

looked up to date. friendly and helpful staff at all times. spa was good value - which is not promoted enough on the site or booking.com. location handy - central but not noisy. breakfast was nice and the chefs super helpful to create something you want

beds not as comfortable as I expected but still ok. food menu was very dull and fried were terrible (looked and tasted reheated) limited sparkling alcohol drinks. didn’t know they did cocktails until I saw a small sign on the actual bar.

A very nice buffet breakfast, the swimming pool on the roof is clean and although small worth using when it’s hot, the roof has a pleasant seating area with cold beer. Safe feel inside as there is a security guide and a barrier outside

The mattress is very soft, much to soft for us. The location was a bit rough, there are a few restaurants nearby which we found on Trip Advisor, we walked there when it was still bright and took Uber back as we didn’t feel comfortable walking back.
