The staff were so lovely and nice. Made us feel so welcome and helped whenever they could!

The only problem was a cup we had wasn’t clean it had old coffee at the bottom. My only other recommendation would be either lower the price of the buffet breakfast or add more options (or cook to order) but I still recomend it as it was lovely

The rooms were clean and my bed was comfortable. Everything worked as it was supposed to. The air-conditioning was good. Hangers were available in the closet. The curtains blocked out a great deal of light. Parking was plentiful and easy.

As the rooms were not done up daily, we had to chase the cleaners down as they went past for daily coffee and tea (this was easily done though and never a problem). I was told that there was a free washing machine available however it was nearly $8.50 per load - I haven't been to a laundry mat recently but surely that is expensive.

Great Value for Money in a great location of the city. It has nice little touches that I wasn't excepting like the bathroom having a built in vanity to store makeup and skincare. The Shower also had large bottles of Shampoo, conditioner and body wash which nice instead of the tiny bottle you normal get.

There were no lamps which was a bit of let down. I read reviews about this online and brought my own luckily.

The location is amazing. The beds are comfortable. The air-conditioning works really well. Bathroom was clean and usable, but the shower head is very low. I'm only 5'9" and it was sitting at neck height.

Low showerheads and no housekeeping. We stayed 6 nights, so would be nice if they would service the room after the third night without us having to go over to the reception that is situated in another hotel to get housekeeping. Especially, because they want you to do that before 9am.
