there wasnt anything we didnt like, it's a wonderful place, but for me personally, the cost is a bit high, when concerts are happening at that time...bit too pricy for our budget sadly, but worth it

I wanted to provide some sincere feedback regarding my stay. The hotel's location, attentive staff, impeccable cleanliness, and reliable Wi-Fi met all expectations. Its ideal position, surrounded by fantastic shopping and diverse food options, allowed for an authentic experience of Adelaide. The staff went above and beyond, assisting with all my special requests, such as arranging taxis and managing timings. Overall, my stay was delightful, and Ibis Adelaide certainly offers a fantastic value-for-money experience

To further enhance the guest experience, I would highly recommend expanding the variety of vegetarian dishes on your menu. This would be a significant benefit for vegetarian travelers. Additionally, if possible, stretching the restaurant's operating hours to accommodate food requests beyond normal working hours would greatly assist guests.

Location ideal for exploring the CBD areas of Adelaide. Easy walk to the Mall and Central Market. Our room was quite quite small but comfy for our two night stay. We had a car and secure parking was available close by with a small discount offered by the hotel for overnight parking.

Initially, our room had no hot water available in the ensuite. After a number of unsuccessful phone calls to reception, a trip down to reception to speak to someone directly was required. An apology was offered in not answering our calls, stating it was a busy period. Reception staff then came up to our room and checked out out hot water issue and then promptly organised maintenance staff to attend while we were out for dinner. On our return, the hot water problem had been fixed.

My room was light, well sized and very clean. The bed was really comfortable. The hotel location is very central and excellent for getting buses to the airport and beaches, as well as being in walking distance of the Art Gallery, Botanical Gardens and other attractions.

I had a room just next to the lifts and other guests decided that was a good place to talk at 3am, which I could hear through my door. A few also let their doors slam shut which caused my whole room to vibrate. It would have been good to have toothbrush and toothpaste provided, but that is a minor quibble in what (apart from inconsiderate guests on one of my three nights) was a very comfortable and pleasant stay.

Because it was enjoyable I could write a page of my stay. Everyone was so lovely and so very helpful. One day myself and 2 check in staff had a great time laughing. The room was very clean and it looked new as well. I had a room with a mountain view which was very pleasant. I spilled half a cup of tea on the sheets and the cleaner was lovely and replaced everything without a fuss. The restaurant staff were very well organised. I have a problem where I mustn’t eat garlic. The staff were kind and explained what the various meals were like etc. The Barramundi was delicious. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again. I’ve never experienced such a positive one

If I was to picky it would be to choose no parking on site. But that was fine as it was only a 5 min walk to Secure parking. I found it also easy to walk towards Coles and then take an exit door on the right to the lift and carpark. If I wasn’t going to the car out I paid I think $28 just once on leaving not for each day I was there. Then I’d pain $28 each time I took it out. When I arrived I left the car in the driveway to unload my bags and then did the same thing when I was leave. They even lent me their sales to weigh the bags.

I have stayed at the Adelaide IBIS before so I knew what to expect. I chose IBIS mostly because of its position. Short walk to Rundle Mall and other shopping/business/cultural places. I was doing some work in the room and i enjoyed the view from my room. (The desk is positioned so you look out to the view). I enjoyed the breakfast.

The rooms are compact. Since I was staying for a while, i would really have appreciated a little more storage space. But that was no surprise... and not a determining factor in staying there or not.

- Location was great! It's just next to the main shopping street of Adelaide, 10min away from the botanic garden, etc. Perfect to visit the inner city - The rooms were modern, beds were comfy, bathroom was nice - Receptionist were nice and helpful

- The room is too small to be have2 large luggages open. You basically have to step over them the whole time you'll be there - There's only one bottle for both body wash and shampoo and no conditioner. That's really not great - Breakfast is too expensive. 34$ is too much for an ibis!

We enjoy staying in Adelaide Ibis because it is clean, safe and in a great position in the city. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. We enjoy the breakfast and like that you can relax and have a drink in the afternoon/evening and something to eat if you are staying in. So close to all different modes of transport and many restaurants and gardens.

I would like the restaurant to bring back the lemongrass chicken salad. Everything else was great.
